Just a question to all the VS players playing the mobile casino ?
Do you guys receive rewards & trophies for you mobile play?
I play on mobile the majority of the time and always used to unlock Freespin rewards and trophies and could verify my gameplay and reward history on the desktop casino, lately I have been playing new games and found that no progress has been made on those particular slots , cs says no rewards can be earned on mobile but have unlocked many on mobile :what:

Some games you do not earn reward, mobile or desktop, other than that I rarely mobile, or it could be only certain games earn rewards on mobile

Experienced the same last night with Microgaming. Error code 0 continuously. Had to give up and played WMS instead.

Some feedback (and I am going to be careful here to make sure it comes across the right way):

Received an email yesterday headed "Anniversary Bonus - Free Spins". Now, I have wagered over £220,000 during the year so was a little excited to see what kind of free spins were offered.

You may understand my disappointment when I learned that I was credited 10 spins at £0.10 on Starburst!

Now, I appreciate that VS does not have to give out the free spins and I am not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but perhaps this kind of bonus should be tailored to the level of play? Had I perhaps wagered a few £100, I could understand £1 worth of free spins.

I wagered over 310,000 in the past 16 months and have not had an "Anniversary Bonus". Although, come to think of it I rather opt for nothing instead of 10FS on Starburst @ 0.10 as that would just enrage me... lol

You never know though, you might be just as lucky as Jory, turning 10FS into £1000 :D

I know that I won something off those 10 spins because I didn't have to forfeit the spins but the fact that I can't remember how much it was is a clue that it wasn't anything to write home about :eek2:

I believe all casinos are having problems with what language that are showing. With Videoslots it have changed between English and Swedish since the first day I signed up. Since I always play in usd or euro I assume that's were the problem are coming from. It has nothing to do with any game.

I'm just happy the other language is English so it's not finish or some other language impossible to understand:D
 
I don't understand the cashback at this site. The cashback page clearly says '' 25% of all bets you make '', but obviously that's not true - if it were the site surely wouldn't be up anymore.

Can someone explain how it really works and do it like you were explaining it to a child? <.<

How is the cashback calculated?

We at Videoslots.com give back 25% of our daily profits to our players. This is awarded by percentage, the more you have bet during the day, the bigger piece of the pie you get.

It really doesn't because it doesn't make any sense. Luckily there was a discussion about the cashback exactly ten pages ago so I was able to find the discussion easily and I have to agree with what others said there, the way the 25% cashback is advertised is false advertising to say the least.

Literally the first sentence there says '' You get 25% cashback from all bets made '' ... But then in How cashback is calculated, you say it's 25% of daily profits. These two things are entirely different, if it was 25% cashback from all bets made then for every 10€ you wagered, you'd gain 2,5€. Obviously this cannot be true, and isn't true, but that's what it says there, and that's my biggest complaint. It's like it's made to sound like an amazing deal on purpose at first but then later it suddenly changes from 25% of all bets to 25% of daily profits - an arbitrary number/statement to say the least since the formula for calculating cashback is nothing but simple.

This is a particular bugbear for me, despite errors being pointed out on the site they are never corrected.
I'm an affiliate as well as a player and annoys me to hell that one of the first things you see is misleading to say the least.
It isn't even 25% of daily profits from my understanding, its 25% of the theoretical profits, is that not the case Dan?

Is it misleading though?

It is no different than casino X advertising get a 100% match bonus. But, like the 25% claim by Videoslots on their cashback, there are T's and C's attached to this offer. Play-through for a starter for casino X's example.

Yes you do get 25% cash-back for each spin that you make. But it is 25% of the profit if you read the T's and C's which actually increases the RTP of the slot by almost 1%.

I agree 100%. I figured it out, between the races and cashback, I get less then 20% bonus if I deposit $150 that week. And the higher the ranks you go, the harder it is to get any rewards, at least with other casinos, when you finish levels, you get extra perks. I pretty well have given up. It was nice at the beginning, but you get wise as time goes by. If anyone mentions " theres always the free battles", I'll bonk them over the head :P...Really, how many have actually won more then 5 free spins?

I have 205 spins sitting to be activated. All won over the past couple of days. Hope that answers your question.

Here is tip: try playing slots you have not played before - rewards will start appearing again.
