You know, it has to be said, Netent are a disgrace when it comes to this type of behaviour. You'd think they'd build their platform to be able to deliver a message direct to end users rather than people being left wondering what is going on.

If it all goes down from Netent, like this time, what do you want Netent to do?
I would guess they first try to see what the problem is, then calculate how long it will take to fix, then they are telling those who are using their games.
That would be the casinos :) since they are paying to use their games.

Netent doesn't owe us anything, just those who buy their services. It's the casinos who have to tell their customers, which is exactly what Philip did here.
I wish they fast could put up something in the casino but I guess that's a lot of job for maybe a 30 minutes of downtime with just Netent games.

Who decides what's a timely manner? How long was the games down today? Sure if they had an automated system all casinos used but I can't imagine how that would work. I wouldn't say no to it of course.

Simple reason. I always look at both sides of everything.
It's so easy to accuse and be angry. You see solutions they obviously don't see, don't want to use or don't care enough to use. We don't know. Like most things we complain and speculate.
Maybe you could start a thread with the subject? Then you could include all softwares since the problem must be the same with them all even if Netent is what we discuss now.
I know nothing about computers or technical stuff, but maybe others do or someone in the business could enlighten us if a new thread is started.

Secret of the Stone. On the 100th Spin I triggered the free spins - got 20 fs with second reel wild -
then bam booted from the game as it said I was out of credits. Spoke to cs and they told me

" 14:35 Siiri I: Unfortunately, the last spin you made, the 100th, was the last spin. And then the Free Spins mode would had been the 101th spin so that's why the battle ended. "

fair dos as its free role but surley they should make you aware the last spin does not count when it comes to bonus rounds. I did try point out it was not the 101 spin but continued play from
the 100th spin. Example if you trigger freespins while middle of the game it does not deduct the free spins you have remaining.

Working ok now, except for Disco spins which for some reason is crashing my flash player when i try to open it.
A bit strange that as im playing the more power hungry ones fine.

And my wins still not counting up properly in the achievements section

It seems that Chrome has made an update which affects Flash. That's why this game is not working for you. But you should be able to play it in Explorer. It's sent to Netent so they can look into this.

All other games fine, just seems to be disco spin only now.

However, i would like to make a suggestion due to the ever increasing amount of games being blocked in certain countries/regions:

- could your tech team program the site in a way that those blocked slots are not even displayed when i call up the games page??? Should be possible and fairly easy as you track the URL, synchronize it with the blocked list and remove those games from the display. Alternatively, place a "blocked" banner on top of them.

The other day I clicked on 5 slots in a row only to find out they were blocked, mostly WMS slots. Now as a player i just can't know each and every slot and from which provider they are, especially if you are looking at 1485 games on the list.

Unfortunately there is no good way that you can see from where you won a specific reward. But I will forward it to my colleagues and see if it's something we can do. And what you win from the achievements cannot be seem until you have completed the achievement.

My 50c on VideoSlots

I have been playing at VideoSlots for a few weeks now and while the initial experience with depositing was a pain (was sorted by VS in a few days) my overall experience is second to none.

So I never even get to use my Freespins here.

All these games work at every other casino I have played.
I tried Windows 7 and Windows 10 using Chrome IE and Firefox and get the same errors each combination except in IE with windows 10 I can't even log in for some god forsaken reason.
This website is the most frustrating, full of bugs, piece of crap I ever had the misfortune to try and play.
How much time have I wasted waiting for games to load just to get an error at the end of it?
Even NetEnt games don't freakin work here and this is the only site I ever had an error with these games.

I have sent them screenshots and complained in chat half a dozen times and it is still the same.
Forget my 75% RTP on top of it all!

Final Edit

This edit comes after PM contact with videoslots rep here, Daniel.
Daniel contacted me via PM almost immediately and was straight on the case.
We kept PM open so as to try and resolve the issues.
It turns out to be a technical issue with my account which I explain in a later post.
The solution has been to make a new account for me.
Daniel has very kindly given me freeby to play the games with so I am just waiting for my account to get back up.

Given all the above I am very pleased with the response here even though these issues have gone unresolved for some time when complaining to CS on the website.
I am prepared to assume this was a one off case and just an unfortunate collection of circumstances and the CS from here has been second to none.
I can now see why others rate this site so highly and hope to play at Videoslots without incident in the future and hope to be able to play the wide range of games which is what attracted me to the site in the first instance.

Case closed and thankyou Daniel.

Thanks Daniel, I already edited my post in recognition of your quick response.
I hope you can get to the bottom of it.
My theory is that some games are being incorrectly blocked for UK players and they are throwing up default error messages.

I understand completely but you know... I drink a lot of tea and I am a really calm person. If the games doesn't work you don't have to publicly humiliate the organisation for it... just wait an hour and come back... most of the time the problem will be fixed and no one is hurt.
 
I dont think he went apeshit. He just showed his frustration.

Its happened to me before. And when you set aside some money and certain time to play, you look forward to it. Then when you are ready to play and your game start spinning only to constantly stop and shut down cause of errors and become unplayable. That is very frustrating.


And what can be almost as annoying is after being frustrated, having a member simply respond with "go take a walk".

A bit of empathy goes along way :D

Unfortunately in this case I made several complaints via the website and it didn't get fixed but Daniel the Rep here has been amazing.
They have now tracked the errors down and it seems they will need to make me a new account.
Apparently it was something to do with when my account currency automatically changed from Dollars to GBP due UKGC regulations.

Daniel has very kindly given me a generous freeby with no restrictions so I will be able to play many of the games I have been missing out on once my account is back up.
I have personally thanked Daniel in PM and stated I would come back here and update.
I will also go back and re-edit my original post so that folk know it has (or is about to be) solved.

I don't know if I went ape but I guess you have to go through the same thing to understand how frustrating it gets.

Videoslots have now gone up massively in my estimation because of my experience here regardless.

Well done on the No1 spot, Well deserved

No doubt it comes with a lot of hard work but I am sure players respect this,

I think so. Rarely read the "about us" section on casino pages but if you read theirs they have a set of very clear goals and in my view, exceed them.

Not only that but they do so consistently and have done in all the time I've been a customer.

Often something like that starts as a set of noble ambitions but some get set aside as they become harder to fulfil but that hasn't happened with Videoslots.

Think its because they seem to have a very strong team who enjoy what they do and believe in the values.

Exceptional casino, superb staff and just a pleasure to play there.
