What happened to the 2 to 4 hour guarantee?

As much as I generally dislike Betfair, they pay out in literally seconds - can you please explain why you cannot do that ?

I appreciate the occasional need for manual checks, but this happens far too often. I have used Betfair for over 10 years without a single withdrawal issue (plenty of other issues) I have been using videoslots for about 6 months now and this happens without fail at least twice a month.

My withdrawals are processed by Skrill into my bank account, so if Skrill can process in 2 minutes, why the 12 hour delay? I have also tried withdrawals via visa direct from videoslots which averaged 6 hours.

I do actually like videoslots generally, their site is reliable and the support at least try and help most of the time, but this "withdrawals processed every 5 minutes" nonsense just makes no sense.

We've checked on the back end, but couldn't immediately find anything to be out of order.
An investigation with the game provider has been started however, to look further into the matter, and the games should hopefully return to normal very soon.

There were some issues with a limited set of players, causing slow and delayed communication between us and game provider, leading to laggy gameplay for this limited segment of player.

Mr Wild spoke recently to us players on here that the in game achievements and trophies were coming to an end soon (removal of hidden trophies and the attached blue and red wheels) and that they will be replaced by something new....

Has this swap over started now as the win counters built in to each slot have either disappeared or froze and stopped working altogether or this change not happening just yet and this is a technical bug of some sort?

Any news on an ETA for this getting fixed please?

As I stated, trying to download the data, when it’s as much as mine, doesn’t work. I specifically want the past 18-24 months. During that time my experience at VS is beyond shocking and nowhere near in line with the other Casinos at which I play. This is despite, allegedly playing games that haven’t had the rtp gimped.

The version of Bonanza at VS is horrendous and a completely different experience than other Casinos. Having said that, the others are beyond bad.
