Videoslots holding withdrawal.

A friend of mine has a pending withdrawal from videoslots, they have started a statement of wealth request all of which he has complied with.
So far he has sent three lots of documents but it seems they’re still not satisfied.
No more information has been requested and support just tells him to wait.
This has been going on for 4 weeks now and my questions are:
Is this normal?
What is the next step to try and get this resolved.

All i can say is no, 4 weeks is not normal pending time in SOW-investigation if everything is fine and there is no ambiguitys.

I've made one time SOW-statement for VS and it was all over in few hours
 
As far as I'm aware you need to contact the rep first, but even if not, the rep might sort it in a day, whereas Max might be busy and could take a few days to look at it, so would go with the rep first.
 
Just an update if anyone is interested. My friend got paid in full about a week later though no real explanation as to what took so long.
Then out of the blue VS has closed his account again no real explanation. I guess that is the end of that then.
