Been having some super-frustrating experiences with VideoSlots support in general, but most recently they appear to have broken their InstaDebit payment processing integration. I performed a few deposits which were just completely lost. I've contacted their support numerous times over the past 36 hours, providing detailed banking and transaction records proving the payments were made, but they refuse to provide any details on if/when the deposits will actually be corrected on my account. They refuse to even provide an ETA to provide further information and/or a resolution.
Effectively, at this point they've simply stolen my money and don't appear particularly interested in fixing it.
