VideoSlots Done Good.. Again

So I haven't made a post recently about VideoSlots.

My treatment this week by the VideoSlots team has just blown me away like it has done for months. I have sent a few emails and made a couple of withdrawals. The emails have all been very promptly replied to, but this is what encouraged me to post this thread.

This morning (3.45AM) I made a withdrawal request, went in the kitchen to make a drink, came back to my chair, clicked on my email tab and there was the email informing me that the withdrawal request was completed.

I mean, its nearly 4 am and they processed the withdrawal in under three minutes??!!

The thing that gets me in all honesty is that they dont advertise the lightening fast withdrawals or super professional attitude they have with their customers. The website promises none of this but they deliver beyond your wildest dreams.

Earlier on this year I sent the team a little something over to their office in Malta to show my appreciation and how welcomed they made me feel. Could be another trip to the post office to show how good they make me feel.

Don't you wish all casinos had this kind of withdrawal speed. Especially the MG casinos. It would be nice.

Great stuff, I know they took abit of stick recently with a few changes and over the torneys, But not every casino can get it right every time, Trial and error,

What they do is outstanding, The withdraws is the best on the market, If you can not find q a rep kicking about somewhere than you should not be gambling

I am not the biggest player there But I do have a few odd deposits, But only reason is I like a bonus up front, I know just by playing it can pay dividend but when on a certain budget its hard to play straight up cash,

I do know they give alot back, Some sites all you get from them is spam emails, VS on the other hand is on the next level,

They do set the standards for a casino,

Yes, their withdrawal speeds are most probably the quickest in the industry. Quite a few times (now in the distant past, my luck has been awful recently) I withdrew money, played with the remainder, won again and wanted to combine the two withdrawals into one, only to find out that I was unable to reverse the first withdrawal because it was already paid.

And as the OP said, no matter what time of day or day of the week, there is very rarely a delay in getting that fast payment.

I too have been a little critical recently (for which I make no apologies) but only to give feedback to the casino in the hope that they take it on board and correct the issues that players are finding.
