Videoslots denied that I deposited

I deposited money and they received it but they denied that I deposited ever.
The customer support don't help me only flattering me and do nothing about it.
I do not recommend anybody to deposit here because your money will disappear and they will deny everything.
The worst casino site ever!! Stay away from them!!

Which method of deposit did you use, and how long ago was it?

I play at VideoSlots and their sister site nearly every day and never had any issues and find their support very good.

Via Neteller ,3 days ago Neteller confirmed that they sent the money to videoslots
 
Very odd I've played at videoslots for many years and never once had any issues withdrawals are very fast within an hour deposits always go in straight away
If you have your deposit showing as you would bank statement ect then send them that and see what happens
But as for videoslots themselves being iffy I am.struggling to find anything people.like that bandit I am.sure wouldn't have spent my guess millions with them if they where iffy
This is clearly something very out of the blue

Contact the rep here @Team.Videoslots . I am guessing you have proof and a screenshot from neteller account showing the deposit.

Videoslots does at times have problems with deposits. While back it took them couple weeks to credit money from neteller to account for several people but you will get it.

I would try and speak with Neteller. I've deposited somewhere in the past with Neteller and the problem was with them. Never used again even though they refunded me.

Did you mail videoslots your info as they askes for ?
Has happend to me 3 times at VS with a Neteller deposit first couple of times took minutes for them to add it manually, 3rd time few days so im sure you will have it soon 🙂
 
I don't there much now but a handful of times when I was a regular play I had deposits that did not get credited and they also denied I made a deposit so of course I had to do all the work to prove it. Sometimes money was credited back to my payment option sometimes the deposit would just show up hrs to days later.
It does happen. Not sure if customer service improved but anytime it happen to me they were not professional always made me feel if I was making it up or something.
 
I sent every proof. Still waiting for 5 days already but my balance is still zero.
I don't think I'll play here again. They should have solved this situation within 3 days max! See the proof and credit the amount manually or something I don't care how solve this as they are a gambling service company or something. As I see above it was not the first missing deposit.
Fortunately it was a small amount.
Customer service the worst here , mainly live chat , they dont understand what I'm saying and act like a fool.
