The OP earned cashback and race winnings on all spins she made with her real money as these promotions only can be used without bonus. (To deduct that would give her less free cash than to reward the welcome bonus.)

Moreover with the cashback and race winnings players could continue to play through the bonus. If the OP would prefer to have the cashback and race winnings removed, and just credit the welcome bonus we can do that, although she could get less.

Update: I've now checked the OP's account and have noticed that she hasn't earned as much cashback either as she had continued playing on jackpot games. Therefore even so - playing on jackpot games does not qualify players to wager through any bonus or earn cashback money or receive casino race rewards.

If you bet $2, if you make more than 50% up, like say $3.50 then you violate the rules. If previous one was $5 and then next one you did was below $2.50 then thats more than 50% again, once again another violation of rules. You may have misinterpreted this term: "Your bonus will be automatically inactivated if you place single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent or more of the bonus amount on any single game."
It means if you get a $20 bonus you can't place bets of $10 or over or if you get a $15 bonus you can't place bets of $7.50 or over, and so forth.

There is also a maximum bet while on a bonus because of this term: Your bonus will be automatically inactivated if you make a single or multiple bets over $ 20.

Props to you for reinstating the bonus but as the OP says they had done the wagering required by the time the bonus was re-instated I would have thought that would have counted and the money would have been released.

I don't think he was stating he reimbursed her account, I believe he was speaking of other similar experiences. But we will never know, as Bella has said her account was deactivated long ago and cant access site, but was informed by chat that no such reinstatement ever took place. She is quite happy at another casino, where its much less complicated .

got that mail last week about 100% offer so deposit 35 figure i had 70 to play with

That kind of bonus structure does benefit the casino a lot. Low rollers (and I do mean minimum bet) might do fine but I reckon everyone else is better not taking bonuses like this. Agree here totally. I also got my account locked. yet I am still receiving texts about having 0.57p cashback! also still receiving e mails. thought when I shut my account, all of this automatically stops

I also found the bonuses unbelievably hard even to clear 20% before my deposit was gone. so I played without bonuses, and poor results got me to close my account.

Help Wanted

I just took the welcome bonus and have just realised it's hard as hell to pass.
VS will be only the 2nd SUB that I have lost in my lifetime. The other being iNetbet. :notworthy
Whoever designed that bonus is a genius.

I'm thinking about bailing out on this bonus before I zero out my balance. I have about $80 in my account that I am able to cash out at the moment.
