I suggested verajohn to my friend who started playing there.. He won around 1000€ and send documents right after he had finished wagering at casino. After that he requested withdrawal.

Now its been 5 days and withdrawal still pending and support keeps telling all the time same story about long queue etc... There cant be 5 day queue on document checks.

Anyone else had problems with getting verified there ? I cant remember how long it took for me since its been quite some time..

But really, 5 days now... I feel kinda stupid to recommend that casino since ive never seen such a delay.

That is a long time in this day and age for document verification!

I always highly recommend any time a player tries a new casino that they submit the documents and get verification before any deposits are made.
That eliminates all the stress and worry because winning is supposed to be fun :)

If it helps, our players have been happy with V&J and have been paid!

Had a late night gambling Session there which ended up in a nice withdrawal, requested a w/d and immediatly submitted the required Documents. If i remember rightly they've got back to me within about 12 Hours telling me i was now fully verified and my withdrawal had been processed.

Perhaps your Friend can create an Account here and contact the Rep: @Vera&John -- you might be able to do it for him but i doubt that they will be able to handle your request as im pretty sure the Account Owner has to do that.

I think this begs the question, what is a realistic time frame for document verification? Of course the best casinos will have you verified in minutes but realistically how long before you start getting worried that they are trying to not pay you?

I think 2 working days is a realistic time-frame.

Kind regards,
Sky
