My misses opened an account with venice games and had a free money bonus off them which she played and done well off, she managed to do the wagering reqs and had a balance of 140 euros which was withdrawable so she went onto live help and asked what she needed to do to withdraw the money and they stated she needed to make a min deposit and then she could withdraw the total balance so she done that and then withdrew the money now this was about 3 weeks ago the withdrawal is still showing as pending in her account and when she goes to live help nobody answers her she has emailed support no reply they are just totally ignoring her , has anybody else had any dealings with this casino and do anyone know if there is any other way to get this casino to deal with this matter
