What are people's experiences with VegasRed casino?

I am currently involved in a dispute with them.

They are part of a group which includes Casino Tropez, Europa and Del Rio. Personally I'm not too hot on any Playtech casinos other then the Sunny Group (Mapau, Goldgate, Fortune, MB). This group has had a past in which they have labelled players bonus abusers after they allowed them to play, deposit and gave them a bonus and continued to cancel their winnings and send back their deposit. They have claimed to have changed their ways but personally I would not recommend playing at Vegas Red if you have played at any of the other 3 casinos in this group. If you like Playtech software, to me, the Sunny Group is your best bet.

and thought that'd I'd be able to play blackjack to meet the wagering requirements, then I'd be able to withdraw when I liked

I deposited 200 and started playing - however, after about 500 worth of blackjack, I checked the T&Cs again and saw there was another set at the bottom saying that they would take the bonus back when I withdrew AND that blackjack didn't count towards wagering requirements - I couldn't even withdraw my initial deposit less losses

anyway, they've agreed to give me back my deposit less losses - 182.50

am not sure whether they should have given me the full amount of 200 back as they are clearly setting out to mislead people with their 'bonus' offer - unbelievable that even without a proper bonus they want minimum wagering requirements and that blackjack, the only game I can play doesn't count!!

will have to wait a few days to see if I get the money back to my card

1.Are you alleging that the T&C were changed AFTER you made the deposit and started playing?

2. Or are you saying that you unfortunately missed the bottom set the first time you looked through them?

If the answer to #1 is yes, then I'd say you have a legitimate complaint and argument to get your full deposit back.

If the answer to #2 is yes, however, I'd count yourself lucky that they agreed to give you ANYTHING back at all. If the T&C said that and you just failed to see it, I can't see how that's the casino's fault.

I do hope you get your money back, don't get me wrong. Your answer to those questions, I believe, determine who's responsible for the confusion.

I have had a bonus after a my warehouse without to have asked nothing.

After to have played for much they had said to me that I had to still play it until to 15X.

No problem, only I have still played little and from more I have then not played.

After a week has arrived the excuses asking to me another possibility. But from that moment I have not played
