So I deposited 50 with a depo match of 100% i completed wager followed the bonus terms and conditions and withdrew and keep some on account to carry on playing i ended up running it up to 80k they have now took all that and gave me 6k saying because the the money was from a bonus deposited I was capped to 6k !!! Don't play this site it's disgusting

Dont know if this is an aprils fool or not as running 50 up to 80k is quite some feat. If its genuine I suggest you search the forum as sadly this issue seems to be quite common. It seems certain casinos consider winnings from a bonus to remain subject to bonus restrictions even after completion of wagering. Seems only solution is to withdraw all funds after wagering is complete and to then make a fresh deposit.

How much did you have after completing wagering?

Unless Dama N.V. sites are applying persisting win caps (win caps that exist after bonus wagering is satisfied), it's possible you were above cap after finishing the bonus wagering and they applied some sort of "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree" logic (a legal metaphor but it slightly fits). This means that because you were above cap (poisonous tree), any following winnings (fruit from that tree) were also tainted.

The logic is a bit wobbly if you won immediately and never dipped below a certain amount because you can argue the extra winnings had no effect on you running your balance up. However, the mere presence of the above-cap funds may be solid enough ground for the casino to stand on.

Speculation aside, probably best to get in touch with the Complaints team here at casinomeister and submit a PAB, they have a good relationship with Dama N.V. so should be able to get to the bottom of whether or not the term is supposed to persist, if you had been above cap at the time of completion or any other nuances involved with your case.

I had a look through the terms myself and couldn't find any "persist" or similar language but I didn't comb through every term.

As essuk mentions, closing the loop of your deposit/bonus by withdrawing and starting with a clean deposit is the safest way to do things with more and more casinos being finnicky with how they apply their caps.

Not sure casino has done anything wrong here as a lot of casinos have a max cash out from a deposit bonus.

Obviously I've not saw there terms.

But once you accept a bonus with a max cash out then that's all you will get paid. Makes no difference how early the wagering was completed or how much balance was at the time.

All money in account is still tied to the original bonus. So withdrawing the max available and continuing to play is pointless as you won't get paid out.

Sadly this sounds what has happened. Hence always, always read the small print when accepting any bonus. Still 6k off a $50 deposit is still amazing going.
