Vegascrest cc deposits

Anyone else unable to deposit with a bank card at Vegascrest? Been a few weeks now and I get charged on my CC then an hour later it refunds me the $.

You get farther than I do, I just get a "there are irregularities" message, or to that effect. A definite bummer.
