Okay just won $14000 on a $25 deposit now to see if I actually get the money. Only allowed ACH withdrawal and said it takes 5-10 business days but was recc by Redflush so we shall see. I certainly hope so as this was my biggest win ever.

Congrats on the win, but I'm confused about the relationship of vegas2web to Red Flush?

When Red Flush pulled out of the US completely, and the "level 11" variant was scrapped, they directed their players to vegas2web instead. This means that as far as players are concerned, Red Flush "staked their reputation" on vegas2web being a suitable venue for their players. This case will test this, and what SHOULD happen is that if the player broke no terms, they get paid just as they would have done had they made this win from Red Flush.

If the OP is "up to something", vegas2web should make sure Max is cooperated with and able to make a fair determination either way. They should NOT ignore Max should this go to a PAB situation, as this would create a negative image for what for many is an "unheard of" brand designed to allow casinos to retain some kind of "interest" in the future performance of the players they were forced to shed when Level 11 shut down it's software.

Many Microgaming casinos "partnered" with seemingly unrelated operators in order to have somewhere to redirect their players. Many reported being directed to Jackpot Capital, and questions were also asked about what the relationship between the casinos was. These were never really answered by the operators other than by some vague PR "gloss". The speculation was that they sold their US databases to these operators for a fixed sum, allowing these operators rapid access to a ready made player base that was likely to respond to the right kind of marketing.

We will never know exactly what actually took place. Presently, online gaming and the USA has really gone underground. Many casinos already closed or refuse to take bets from the USA, and many just sold their USA market off like Bodog and Red Flush. Of course these casinos that sold off have to promote the new buyers, after all they got paid for projected customers.

I think the casinos that decide to stay with the USA market have no option other then to close their doors. In addition I’m convinced that the present conditions for USA players has taken several steps backwards (to the stone age for online gaming) and no longer justifies any risk. The fun of gambling is knowing you’re going to get paid when you win. Today in the USA, no one knows where their money is, when their going to get it, or if they’ll even get it at all.

Even if the OP eventually gets his money this time, will he the next time?

Layman's terms: We are a bunch of degenerates and need our fix so we will come running.:p

:D

I love your posts vinyl, they are spot on!

To be honest I am a bit concerned for the OP here.

They posted HERE that they where playing with a free chip, and then asked to make a $25 deposit which is usually used as a verification deposit to withdraw. So if the op has made the $25 deposit and played on with they $250 + $25 then the casino will pull the max cash out rule

I hope I am wrong but this is how most Rivals work with free chips. As the OP never reversed the original win on the free chip it was not a fresh deposit.

No I had cashed out the $250 earlier and made the $25 deposit and lost it. This was a complete separate day that I felt like I would like to play at a different type of casino rather than the usual RTG. Anyway i made a $25 deposit and went up and down for hours and was set to cash out at $1000 then got up to $3000 and was set to cashout at $2000. then on one spin of scary rich 2 I won $11000. So far they let me cash out $5000 a day and its inthe processing stage. I will post if i ever actually get the money.

Awesome :)

I stand corrected then :) and take back my previous post.

Congrats on the win and keep us updated when you receive the first $5,000:thumbsup:

I played at Villento and they transferred my account over to Vegas2Web. So it appears that several casninos moved their players over there, or at least Villento and RedFlus.

They told my my prior Villenot VIP status would be honored and I did get personal contact from a VIP rep. However................the rest of the story is that I am having difficulty getting paid on a win.

*All my documents were verified and I was told I didn't have to do anything because I was a "player in good standing with Villento."

Requested $700 cashout on 7-20, it was "processed 7-22" and marked as "complete" in their system on 7-26.

I have yet to be paid.

After multiple emails back and forth I was send a confirmation that said the wire transfer went to my bank, I confirmed with my bank that nothing was received.

Vegas2Web asked me to send a copy of my bank statement from date of request through current to "prove" deposit by wire hadn't arrived. Grrr......but ok, did that last week.

Every two days I follow up with an email to support asking what else I can do or what is the status, then usually 2 days later I get a response saying they are looking into it. So far as of this morning no $$.

No rep here to PM, so I just wait and stay on top of it every few days.......

"your mileage may vary" --------- but Diane is NOT happy right now with Vegas2Web.

Diane

Yikes Diane. That doesn't bode well. Hope you do get paid. I have no interest in playing at V2W. After the Villento fiasco back in April, I am jaded.

Thanks, I hope so too and I am not giving up. I can be very tenacious.

I never had a problem with Villento --all my cashouts were handled fine right up to the end. So when they contacted me about moving account to v2w I was fine with it and had a very nice conversation with Naeema the VIP rep.

But since then, no results. Will stay on top of it and post results when done.

I sure hope OP has not problem getting paid since they had an awesome win on RJ.

Today's email from Vegas2Web:

Hi Diane,

I hope you’re well and looking forward to a great weekend.

Following up on your withdrawal query – it has been found that there was a technical issue with a batch of payments and unfortunately yours seems to be included. The good news is that management have taken the decision to re-issue this payment to you. This will be done shortly, if not already and the funds should reflect in your bank account at the latest, the end of next week. I will however confirm all the details as soon as I receive them.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused Diane and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Take care and have a great evening and weekend ahead!

Regards,
Naeema

I replied that I took offense at their statement that "management have taken the decision to re-issue" payment to me. Made it seem like they were doing me a favor to get me my money. After I had to repeatedly follow up, I may get it by end of next week.

FWIW.

Just thought i would through in a little update of my situation. the total i cashed out was $10250. First they were supposed to honor my standing with redflush and no documents were to be required, but then they decided that all my documents needed to be submitted. i submitted them all and got an email we have accepted all of your documents and will now process your withdrawal. that was yesterday. Last night I get an email saying they never received the front of my drivers license, which of course they did. Anyway the email is just a form email so they say that was to tell me that all the documents that i sent were good, however it was not set up to tell me the ones i was missing. So sent my DL again, then this morning i get an email, yes we got your dl and now ALL of your documents have been approved, however since it took so long for you to get the documents in, our payment batch for today has already gone out and you will now have to wait till monday. Once processed on Monday, you should receive it in 5-10 days. So there you go not looking too promising. I never ever had a problem with redflush and usually received payment from them in 24 hours or less. Since they set up my account and recommended them i am going to contact redflush and see what they have to say. i will update as the saga continues. BTW that was the biggest win I have ever had so it would be sad if it were jaded.

It's looking promising actually... They probably see you on CM posting this, lurking in the shadows.

They don't want any problems. They will probably pay you in full, just stalling a bit so that they can
conjure up some more deposits from losing players before dispersing the big payment lined up for you.

If this was $300 you would of seen it a lot sooner. ;)

Congrats nonetheless!

Seems to me, that things, sofar, are going according to plan.
The casino obviously need to be sure of who they're sending 10K to. After all it is a pretty nice amount.
I would lean back, and see what happens monday, and not post any more (actually I wouldn't have posted anything at all, until there was a problem, or I had the money in my hand, but that's just me.)
I don't see ANY indication, that there should be a problem....yet, and don't know why anyone would see a problem sofar....but then again, I'm not in the states ....is it different down there ... I mean, is the risk of a casino not payting you bigger there, than anywhere else, really ?
Congrats on your great win :)

Well i definitely wasnt posting to bad mouth the casino or anything my original intent was to see if anyone knew anything or had any experience with the casino. I was burned a few times in the past. I lost $1700 in the whole quicktender thing and several wins on less than reputable casinos in the past took months to collect. One positive thing I can say is that their customer support is very nice and very prompt with a response. I guess i'm just a little inpatient thats all.

Just a little update, I had emailed Redflush where I used to be a VIP, anyway within hours got a call from Vegas2web and the person reassured me i would be paid. I also got an email from Redflush that said they stood behind vegas2web and that they were a reputable casino. So far I have received $1250 of the $10250 so things are definitely looking up. I hope this casino will get to be a accredited casino as so far they seem to be doing what they say and I had the biggest win of any casino i have ever played in the past ten years.

It is really reassuring to learn that a reputable outfit like Redflush stands behind a Rival casino. I had originally thought that the op had no chance of getting paid but now things seem to have turned for the better. I have no faith in getting paid from any Rivals nowadays and coupled with the fact that they have curtailed many depositing options I havent deposited at a Rival for nearly a year. If the op does get paid and quickly too I might change my mind and some players are likely to be less sceptical and start depositing at V2W

Checked my bank today and all the money was there. they paid me the entire win $10250 in less time that It usually takes some of the accredited casinos I played at. I was very impressed. Looks like I will continue to play there. i asked them to give me a special bonus only for casinomeister members and they said they will think about it.
