Vegas Regal - unwilling to provide play data

Well, true to my word I am posting my complaint about this casino as I have given them sufficient time to do what they should.

On the 30th of last month, I requested data of my paigow poker play at this casino through an email. To prevent Spear from telling me that some people dont know much about this game, I specifically requested the number of games played, wins, losses, and pushes on the low hand:D It was acknowledged the next day with a ticket number and the message was that it would be forwarded to management. A week elapsed and no stats so I sent a total of 4 emails during both weekdays and weekends for an answer. I then went to live chat last weekend and asked about the status of this issue. The reply was that they dont reply during weekends but the rep said she would make sure management responds. OK, fair enough although my reminders were also sent during weekdays. A day later, I received a stupid email from the casino manager with the relevant ticket number stating that they were sorry I didnt like how the house way was set. I was asking for my stats and was not talking about the house way which was resolved as an earlier issue. The relevant ticket number and subsequent emails were all about the stats.

I sent them a final reminder 2 days ago and requested the stats which I am certain is clear enough but they did not bother to reply. Since I stated in the mail that if they didnt reply, I would be posting here I am. Unless they have something to hide, I cant see why they cant cope with such a simple request. They never even replied that they would be willing to provide such.

Besides being obviously unhappy with the outcome of the games which is why I requested the information I also want to say that retrieving the info from the cashier's history section is very cumbersome. If you try to locate your play you are logged off after a certain period of time so I am unwilling to do it myself.

The final straw why I closed (and that was not easy at TIV but yet simple and hassle free at Sloto) my accounts with Rivals.

They did not want me seeing my real time play (I have good reason to have wanted real time access, hand histories may be and/or are worthless if not real time imo, and I was not allowed the opportunity to prove maybe factually). I did pull some real time hands (~4 or 5 at a time) all during my play and it would take 2 hours to pull ~ 100+ BJ hands.

Nevermind the rapid takedowns (with almost no positive variance but I was troubled with clustered negative variance noticed in a few series of 100 to 125 consectutive real time hands that had nominal distributions of 1 in 200 to 300 in the random but obviously meaningless in the limited number of random hands I was allowed to obtain in real time).

In the latter months of my play, for multiple reasons I persistently requested real time access to my play histories (as every Rival's casino lobby/cashier, website I have seen fully MISREPRESENTS and I believe Rival's own website does also but I will confirm) versus Rival's produced as well as aged hand histories that took weeks to deliver with the last one I received being little more than ~20K BJ hands of gibberish.

I stated crystal clear several times I did not mind as well as the importance (to moi) of obtaining my hand histories in real time via the casino software as (mis)represented but it became impossible after clicking (on the "next" link) ~15 to 20 times or pages with 20 wagers on each page to even get back to the page where I left off when logged out before being logged out again. I suggested just adding a "GO TO" page option (DUH!!), at least I could get a few hands posted rather than none.

Ultimately,the same old, same old ridiculous whatever one wants to summarize their consistent course of actions (in this case there never was a reslution but the rhetoric, why of course). I did not want the aggravation and misrepresentations from this group, casinos, or its' employees any longer that were always present in some capacity. To this day some the Rival's casinos still have the same conflicting TandC's that even confuses very experienced and respected affiliates. No big deal though!!
 
I really dont understand why they cannot give me a summary of my hands played, wins, losses etc. It's easy for them to do this but as Nash said, it is difficult to retrieve from the hand history in the cashier. In that case, I believe they have something to hide otherwise why not accede to such a simple request. To top it all off, they arent even replying to me on whether they are willing to do it despite the request being made more than 3 weeks ago.

Any Rival casino reps want to comment on this?
