It's some sort of GamFed property. GamFed says it's pulling out of the US, but is sending the players, and apparently the affiliates, to USAFreedom...which is essentially a GamFed casino.
I stopped promoting anything to do with GamFed well before the malware fiasco, but maybe an active affiliate can get the scoop and tell you what's what.
