Also, agenda 2025 is a conspiracy theory spread by youtubers
IThe average person with little to no education on geopolitics/economics commenting on things they actually have no clue about except for what they watch on YouTube on Twitter hear from from fox news outcasts. Not talking about millionaires/billionaires who are so out of touch with reality it's by far in their best interest to vote for feudalism.
Agenda 2025? Are you confusing something else with Project 2025? Project 2025 isn't a conspiracy. It's a published plan wrapped up with Christian Nationalists extremist Republicans and is a very real thing and Trump and his lackies like Gaetz not only support but are ready to spearhead it. Being out of the loop is no excuse to be ignorant of what is actually going on in extremist states. In case you haven't been watching, the movement to remove the rights of women started a long time ago and is captured in Project 2025.
Trump's economy wasn't good or great in his first term - he made very few policy changes that would have a causal effect because anything he tried to do like introduce tariffs, et al were never passed. The stock market is not an indicator of economic health fyi, it's an indicator of sentiment .Speaking out of one side and saying the economy was great under Trump until COVID while blaming Biden for a poor economy rife with inflation that the entire world experienced is certainly a take.
The facts are these: tariffs will increase inflation. How? Importing countries pay tariffs. The US imports most consumer goods because the means of labour and production are much more efficient in countries like China that have mastered the manufacturing processes. Thus, it is cheaper for companies to purchase, import, re-sell than it is to establish plants, manufacturer the goods, and then sell them. Tariffs negate that advantage and the costs, as always, are passed down to consumers with an inflationary effect.
Don't even get me started on the plans for mass deportation. The inflationary effect this will have will be multiplied. Paying slave wages to TFWs keeps already looming food prices somewhat in check. Wait until the policy to deport these TFWs is instituted and see what happens to the cost of food.
These are actual facts backed based on precedence, theory, and historical relevance as well as economical processes that have been studied since the mid 1800s. Not hand waving bullshit that says Trump can and did this, this, and that with zero relevant facts except inflammatory bullshit such as "these are all arguments some left wing media hacks wrote and you are copying them". I don't watch, read, or even casually brief left wing or right wing media drivel. I think critically about things based on a combination of my education, experiences, and philosophies that are important.
Further, I'm not doomsday or whatever the fuck else inflammatory bullshit you want to say to me because you have some anger from reading shit on the Internet that you've been waiting to release on someone who you perceive as a threat to your idealistic view of Donald Trump. The dictatorship or feudalism government if you prefer, has a very specific instances and signals of how it begins. When I tell you that is what appears to be happening at the moment I say it very carefully and with an understanding that the appointments made can still easily be shot down by the RNC. Again, these are things that many conservatives, Trump voters themselves, are also saying. So you can hand wave away all you want with your lack of critical thinking and appeal to emotion and inflammatory comments utilized to discredit others, but it doesn't really change potential outcomes here if Trump gets his way.
