My post about the 40,000 pharmacies vaccinating people was made on Jan 22, 2020. However, I knew about the plan weeks before that.
Launching First Phase of the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination: As part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s efforts to increase access to COVID-19 vaccines, starting on February 11, those eligible for the vaccine will have the opportunity to be vaccinated at select pharmacies across the country through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination. This program is a public-private partnership with 21 national pharmacy partners and networks of independent pharmacies representing over 40,000 pharmacy locations nationwide (listed below). It is a key component of the Administration’s National Strategy to expand equitable access to vaccines for the American public.

Lou is 75 but that is an absolute shocker if a political decision has been made to 'cancel' him from the airwaves despite being popular, they could bring back bill o'reilly and give him that spot, that could gain viewing figures but perhaps not the PC minded advertisers.

I forgot you're in the boston / new england area, they didn't do so well without Tom this year.... I always liked the patriots though back from 1985, perennial losers when I watched nfl in the late 80's to 90s, and then the best team for nearly 2 decades

I know the Patriots were horrible for years until Kraft bought the team. I suggested at xmas a couple years ago we (the family) should pitch in and bring the nephews to a game before Brady retired but then he signed with Tampa. Although my sister lives near the stadium anyway and brings her kids to the practices as its open to the public.

This thread of hate is why i stopped coming to Casinomiester. I can not play at 99% of the casinos but i enjoyed reading the threads. I read the whole thread and only 1 of the members commenting lives in the USA and is blissfully on the other side of a deluded fence. I feel sorry for the world and the poor people who are getting murdered by ignorant people. For the people who are trying to post facts and change the ideas and actions of people who refuse to see the proof then it is a lost cause. I pray that the youth i see on tik toc and other platforms can overcome this and be better then our generation has been. Leave hate in the past...how, when it is still happening 2021. ...even if Rena cannot stomach this thread and the predecessor, it's good to read her view on that, and for me the viewpoints from the US members carry more weight of lived, direct experience of the situation on the ground.

I happened to watch some of the show yesterday and caught the edited part O'Reilly mentions in the video but was not 100% sure it was from the same speech. I wonder if they thought nobody would notice?

Yeah im not so sure what part is supposed to be edited.
I guess technically it is edited since they didnt show the whole speech, but its not like they edited it to say anything other than what was said.
They did leave out about an hour of lies about the election, Trump telling the supporters "We fight like hell, and if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore."
So basically telling them, go to the capitol and fight like hell to save the country.
But im sure he meant fight like hell in a very peaceful way.
Probably didnt help that Giuliani warmed up the crowd with peaceful statements as "lets have trial by combat"
Cant for the life of me understand people still defending them and what they did.
Edit: Its true that he mentioned "peacefully" once during his 70 minute speech filled with lies about the election and numeroues instances of him telling the crowd to fight to save democracy, fight to save the country etc.
But i dont think anyone honestly thinks mentioning that once absolves him from the rest of what was said.

No, I didn't hear the Jan. 6th speech as I had stuff to do. Nor will I watch a 70 minute video. I'm only a spectator these days. Plus I'm not defending Trump so don't read anything in to it.
But you make my point for me, if its as bad as they/you say, there is no need to edit the word peaceful out. I think it underminds the Dems case.

I did catch that part of Giuliani saying something, something combat and totally cringed to myself, actually it was more like wtf are you saying Rudy and then I had to go get stuff done.

The word peaceful is NOT in his speech. He never said the word. So it wasn’t edited out.

He tried to backtrack it by saying he was referencing game of thrones.
Nothing in his speech implied that in any way, but i guess he realized it was a pretty dumb thing to say and had to come up with something.

Does he not mention once that they should march down and peacefully protest?
It gets drowned out by the numerous times he tells the people to fight like hell, fight to save democracy, fight to save the country etc, but im pretty sure it was mentioned once during the speech.

I even told my buddy when Rudy and the other lawyer (Powell) came out and accused the Dominion people that those were serious allegations and they better have proof or they're gonna get sued. Both know better being lawyers.
I pretty much gave the Trump legal team until the Pennsylvania case which the Supreme Court decided not to hear, that was good enough for me.

Yeah, they made some really bold claims, some of them downright crazy, and will probably suffer for it now.
If im not mistaken i think dominion has filed defamation lawsuits against both Rudy & Powell.
It was fun to see how quick fox,oann etc backtracked about Dominion when talk about lawsuits started happening.
"Oh we never really meant dominion was in any way part of some sort of election fraud, and we have no evidence indicating anything like that"
Yet that was everything they were talking about in the weeks leading up to them turning 180 and taking everything back.

Imo the dems have no choice but to go forward with impeachment.

If they think he tried to overturn the election based on lies, and that he was responsible for inciting the crowd that stormed the capitol, they have no choice, they have to go for impeachment, they cant just let it go with a slap on the wrist.

Yes but the supreme court were too afraid to look at the claims, so that reinforces the conspiracy theories. The fact is lots of liberals hate trump and his voters, all this right and wrong stuff and guff about destroying our democracy is basically hogwash, they want to hurt him and they want to hurt/weaken them to the maximum possible.

Isnt it pretty standard that the supreme court does not look at cases that gets laughed out of the lower courts for lacking evidence?
Or were they also too afraid to look at the cases?
The cases where Trumps own lawyers were not even arguing fraud had taken place.
