I love the BellRock gaming group and this saddens me to have to go this far.
Ive been playing at Riverbelle casino for approximately 16 months now. I dont play anywhere else and deposit almost every week, sometimes i high roll it, recently I did. This issue i am having has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now and I have tried desperately to resolve it myself but its been to no avail this is my last resort. On Thursday at 12pm my weekend bonus kicks in and i maxed it out with the one deposit, then after i trashed that deposit without a win i kept depositing and losing pathetically, i did mind but it took my focus off personal issues and i could kick back and relax.
On Friday morning i woke to find a text messege stating i had a "special" bonus for 50% up to $200 so I deposited more. I tried to go into live chat but am having a lot of technical issues with the software at the moment, so i sent in an email instead asking for my bonus. When I hadnt heard back by saturday I eventually got into live chat where I was told I was not going to recieve the bonus because it was not in the system...OK so I have had an issue with these text bonuses for about 12 months, there was another issue at the end of June where I had to send in screen shots and photos of the text messeges I did comply with the request.
I was asked to do the same thing again this time so I not only sent in the new text recieved but also old ones showing 50% up to $1000-$1500 I also provided all the phone numbers which are very similar to each other to the casino and I also asked for my bonus to be honoured but was told I got the 10% bonus pfft what a joke I spent over 3k in 6 days so naturally being a loyal depositing player one would assume the text messege was correct, considering when I ran my own business i used to offer loyal high spending customers incentives to keep them coming back.
So here we are Friday fortnight later and the matter has been resolved, on the casino end with absolutely no customer satisfaction to myself what so ever, the bonus was not honoured, infact I think 2 times these text bonuses have been honoured, the casino says that they did not send the text messege and they are not aware of the phone numbers used, or atleast thats how I percieved it. I was also called dellusional by a CS rep, she told me that the casino had not sent me a text, so I asked her if she thought I was dellusional in which she replied ÿes" so youre saying im deluded? Yes. I was asked if I was sure it was from Riverbelle as I have accounts at their other casinos which i do not use, apart from Jackpot city mobile I think ive used once or twice, Riverbelle was the one I liked the most so I stayed with it.
I wonder does management know that they have CS reps calling customers dellusional? I cannot begin to say how upset I am about this whole issue, I really do enjoy playing at the casino, Im always paid out on time when I do win, most of the CS reps are the best I have come across. I really just dont understand how a text from one of their mobile phone numbers can make it to my mobile phone and yet there is no trace of it.
Im really hoping someone has some advice or knows a manager within the casino group who will address this issue with me.
