I love the BellRock gaming group and this saddens me to have to go this far.

Ive been playing at Riverbelle casino for approximately 16 months now. I dont play anywhere else and deposit almost every week, sometimes i high roll it, recently I did. This issue i am having has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now and I have tried desperately to resolve it myself but its been to no avail this is my last resort. On Thursday at 12pm my weekend bonus kicks in and i maxed it out with the one deposit, then after i trashed that deposit without a win i kept depositing and losing pathetically, i did mind but it took my focus off personal issues and i could kick back and relax.

On Friday morning i woke to find a text messege stating i had a "special" bonus for 50% up to $200 so I deposited more. I tried to go into live chat but am having a lot of technical issues with the software at the moment, so i sent in an email instead asking for my bonus. When I hadnt heard back by saturday I eventually got into live chat where I was told I was not going to recieve the bonus because it was not in the system...OK so I have had an issue with these text bonuses for about 12 months, there was another issue at the end of June where I had to send in screen shots and photos of the text messeges I did comply with the request.

I was asked to do the same thing again this time so I not only sent in the new text recieved but also old ones showing 50% up to $1000-$1500 I also provided all the phone numbers which are very similar to each other to the casino and I also asked for my bonus to be honoured but was told I got the 10% bonus pfft what a joke I spent over 3k in 6 days so naturally being a loyal depositing player one would assume the text messege was correct, considering when I ran my own business i used to offer loyal high spending customers incentives to keep them coming back.

So here we are Friday fortnight later and the matter has been resolved, on the casino end with absolutely no customer satisfaction to myself what so ever, the bonus was not honoured, infact I think 2 times these text bonuses have been honoured, the casino says that they did not send the text messege and they are not aware of the phone numbers used, or atleast thats how I percieved it. I was also called dellusional by a CS rep, she told me that the casino had not sent me a text, so I asked her if she thought I was dellusional in which she replied ÿes" so youre saying im deluded? Yes. I was asked if I was sure it was from Riverbelle as I have accounts at their other casinos which i do not use, apart from Jackpot city mobile I think ive used once or twice, Riverbelle was the one I liked the most so I stayed with it.

I wonder does management know that they have CS reps calling customers dellusional? I cannot begin to say how upset I am about this whole issue, I really do enjoy playing at the casino, Im always paid out on time when I do win, most of the CS reps are the best I have come across. I really just dont understand how a text from one of their mobile phone numbers can make it to my mobile phone and yet there is no trace of it.

Im really hoping someone has some advice or knows a manager within the casino group who will address this issue with me.
 
Don't their bonuses have a 50x playthrough?

If so, I would get outta there fast and play at another accredited casino here with fair requirements.

FWIW, that CSR should be fired immediately.

Yes I believe she should have been given the sack, it was treated as a "misunderstanding" she spoke perfect english, as do I, so there was no misunderstanding.

I will have a look and see if I can contact the Rep and let them know about the issues.

Im very weary of online gaming and they have an excellent reputation which is why I chose them, I did use Bet365 but they had to stop Aussies playing until they could get their licence through, great group though. Any other suggestions?

Have you tried 32Red. Totally awesome. 3Dice are great too for something different.

You can also try Nedplay and Golden Lounge and Dash which are accredited also.

Do you know much about wagering requirements and how they affect your chances of winning?
 
No, I know very little about the wagering requirements and the chances on winning, i just go on the "hope im lucky" system lol.

I will have a look at the others you suggested as well, if theres one thing i cant stand, its whats happening now. I was playing at another microgaming casino before Riverbelle but they were full of broken promises and wouldnt honour their bonuses either so i dumped them.

Ive already tried to recover the rest of the text messeges but because its a prepaid the data isnt stored, ive had this discussion with Vodafone before when i was being stalked by my ex and accidently deleted some of the text messeges, even the police couldnt recover the messeges with their software, though I do have still alot of them on my phone dating back to september/october last year and ive kept all the phone numbers they came from.

Regardless, this has now become a principle of the matter and an insult issue, I had a good talk last Monday with William from CS and he made me feel confident that this would be sorted as they wouldnt want to lose my business but obviously others dont feel that way. I cant talk to the Australian manager who is on today because the last time this happened in late June she and I butted heads and she was not going to honour the bonus right or wrong, however I did get an email off another manager who did grant the bonus after a week of phone calls.

Quite proud of myself though, as extremely frustrating as this has been, and i mean its been driving me mental, i havent dropped the F bomb once, i just hang up on them before i do haha.
 
I implore you OP to try 32red instead. Bellerock are a shadow of their former selves and do not deserve your custom. You will find a lot more helpful and polite CS, a lot of nice bonuses, super fast withdrawls and its very easy to reach the people at the top of the company. What more could you want?

Oh I forgot - lower wagering requirements on your bonuses and all the games you like at bellerock as well!

I have a master log of ALL deposits vs withdrawals at every online casino I have played at. This provides the true long term picture as it takes account of all the losing sessions as well as the big hits that tend to feature in the winner sections.

I know that if I didn't do this, the money could end up finding it's way back into the casino. By spending it when I have it, I end up running low faster when things head south, so have to cut back on my stake levels rather than be tempted to chase losses with large chunks of a previous win.

I have also just opened a fixed 2 year ISA which will put over 5K out of reach for the next 2 years, and I will open another in April. I am looking at other long term investments that will lock away some of this monster payout for the future, maybe even a personal pension plan as the government subsidise them at present.

When things return to normal (as in losing to the house most of the time), I will not have the full 66K just sitting around in Neteller begging to be deposited and lost. I made that mistake once when I first started out by having a fantastic 20K win off 3 card poker that was on a streak, and next day losing the whole lot because it was on the "suck" at a sister casino, yet I was still playing at the high stakes of my earlier streak. Well there's some smart ideas there for sure. You can't seriously be way ahead though after all these years?

I'm not prying or trying to be a prick.....just curious....how can you bet so big? I know you've said many times you've been on disability for ages. Do you use credit a lot? Does the cost of this credit, if used, bite into your winnings? Reason I ask is that you've often complainef about dinosaur computers and old appliances etc, and all the time you're hitting big wins and never updating anything. A decent computer you can get for $1.5k so why haven't you just gone and bought one? Seems silly really.

Have you thought about what you're going to do with yourself when your niece stops smoking and you have to stop gambling? :p

Well I guess its just a matter of waiting though ive nearly burnt through the patience cord :censored: which will be worn well and truely thin by tomorrow at 10am after this interview I am giving to a news outlet about political issues that have arisen in the last few days. No im not a pollie ....yet but im thinking about it and im being urged to step up, oh the joys of me being one of them....im too honest and have a rather large, no holds barred mouth, that doesnt hold back an opinion hahaha :lolup:

Corbus, dude, seriously if you have read this, please atleast acknowledge that you have taken this complaint onboard, I did send you a PM, I also just checked my deposits for the month and I cant believe the casino is refusing a lousy $200 bucks....its the principal of the matter and i am one disgruntled yet loyal depositing player.

I have been trying to logon to bellrock casinos they do not work and it is not my computer or network it is there software I have chatted emailed and chatted and emailed some more it does not work. They have a glitch and they have yet to fix as they fail to aknowledge that it is thier problem. Something in thier security is not updated and the link that have an acct is not working it is looping if you know what that means in computer langauge it programmed wrong.
If the person was having problems with her phone I dont wonder I made the mistake of giving them my cell phone number and was texted constantly about bonuses too.!!!!! I didnt take them because they are not in my favor in the end but give more play time if that is what your into. For winning purposes they basically take your money as they tag it with wagering requirements that you have to be extreemly lucky to meet. Anyway I would like someone to investigate there casino software as I dont believe it is up to standard although they are going after the mobile market I dont think they are doing it ethically or fairly. :mad::what:

Not loyally I had issues and not until recently. I again will not be giving them my money or cell phone number be warned
