Casino Complaint Untoldcasino won't pay winnings

Hi guys! I won 1500 on slots (untold casino),no wagering required as bonus wasn't involved. After successfully checking my identity, they said the withdrawal will take place shortly, guess what? They reversed it! They told me that the payment method expired, try to make another deposit using a different payment method. Next day I've used the same card on betonaces, same operator (viral interactive), the card worked just fine, not to mention that I've made withdrawals on the same card in the past 3 days, different operators of course. Now untoldcasino is under maintenance,but seems like it closedown. I've contacted ibas and ukgc, still waiting for response. I've got screenshots, everything I need to support my case. Any other ideas how to get the money from them?

Yes, this site appears to be closed, they have a Sweden License and the operator is UKGC licensed so your funds will be protected. It's probably a separate White Label to Betonaces so I wouldn't infer too much from that.
