Was wondering if anyone has any experience's here?.. are they trustworthy?..
I did ask on there chat if they had a rep on here was informed no sadly, hence why I'm asking the more informed on the forum for feedback.

I asked on live chat mate what my casino welcome offer was, I was told it's a 200% match and The free spins are added depending on the deposit amount.
So i think I'll have to have a go, off work with a bad back, so been looking for a new haunt, think after the positive info of the folks here I'll have a bash.

One slight hitch, the spins I was due as part of the welcome offer where supposed to be good to go today.
Sadly, I was told this will be Monday due to a 'technical error'
Spoke to chat, who where outstanding again and told me they will get straight onto the bonus team and get 50 added.

I played for the first time at unibet maybe two weeks back, found there customer service amazing, trada standard to be honest, I even managed to get ahead, but got overly confident and busted out, that's not the casinos fault.
I can assure you and many others members on here the same, that they are indeed a stand up operation and very well respected.
No offence but just seems you spent more than you wanted and lost, this can happen believe it or not playing slots, they are indeed rather random.
I must add though, it's rather poor form and most ungentlemanly to call out a casino because you simply lost.
