Hi all,

This is my first post, and I have a question about the withdrawal option at Unibet: Neteller.

Does anyone have experiences with it? And how long did it take before it reached your Neteller account?

Many thanks!

Well I'm not sure what was your intention with this post, nevertheless I answer.
Unibet usually pays fast to ewallets, afaik in 24 hours. They had a 1500EUR daily limit to moneybookers when I played there. Don't know about Neteller limits. You might be required to send in documentation, and your withdrawals might be rejected in case you do not send them in. You will only realize this by the fact that the withdrawal request transaction will disappear from your transaction list, and you don't get paid which is a very bad practice imho. Once I requested a withdrawal for a reasonable amount, they processed it in one day, then I requested another one, and they did not process it, and the request disappeared from my transaction list. I was advised to send in documents, after that and resubmitting my second request it was again processed within a day.
I let the support team know about this problem with the changed transaction history, and they said they planned some changes, don't know any updates.

I always thought that Unibet would pay you within a few hours - as it states that on the withdrawal page. But I still didnt got it in my account..

Anyone else had experience with long waiting for the withdrawal of Unibet?

Hallo Freaky,

Ik ga ff verder in engels, anders snapt maar een klein deel het.. :)

I've had withdrawals from Unibet to neteller that have been paid within hours. You might want to give them a call, there is often a dutch speaking support availible.

I do recall that sometimes (depending on the amount withdrawn) it takes longer, but really if you want to be sure.. just call them..
