I am joining this Riva Poker (www.rivapoker.com) by taking advantage of their free risk GBP40 offer. This risk free offer is offered by their live chat customer service.

After depositing GBP40 via Neteller, I am playing poker game and fortunate enough, I won another GBP40 with a fews of good hands.

Subsequently, I am choosing a 2 person poker table and the lady luck is really at my hand. I won again and thereafter, I am making a cashout of GBP115 (net winnings of only GBP75).

Immediately, Riva Poker suspended my account and alleged that there is a "collusion play" and asking for my ID and address verification documents.
Without delay, I sent out my passport and bank statement. Then, I also receive their telephone call from them also.

Furthermore, I also sent out email explaining there is definitely no collusion play involved as that player is a big fish. I do nothing wrong by winnings his money.

After nearly 1 month, I got no response from them. I have emailed them for more than 30 times but still got no response and they are totally ignore email.

I am therefore taking this opportunity to warn any new player that NEVER play at Riva Poker. Their offer is absolutely attractive but you will lose everything, including your own deposit.

How do you know the other player is a 'big fish'?

Sounds like you are SOL - once you are tagged as a colluder it is all over.

If you're not, it sucks but I'm sure there are other places to play.

If you are, then I hope you get some horrible disease.

So their collusion accusation must be based on your first session as collusion is impossible at HU. You know where to find your hand histories in case you need them?

Why you chose to play at Riva is beyond me. There are far better rooms with better offers on iPoker.

You could try contacting the aff you signed up trough or iPoker to start with.

My feeling is, that there is more to the story than what OP is saying.

But anyway, use another pokersite and good luck :)

Riva Poker pays most of the affiliate comission as a CPA and thats why they are really scared to pay you the money, because if you just deposit someone receive 200$ and you get your moneys out but you have raked only 3$-5$. Riva Poker is 1 of the most shady poker sites I know.

AVOID RIVA POKER AT ALL COST..!!!!

Dear Riva Poker players or other potential players,

With immediate effect, kindly refrain yourself from playing at this rogue poker site.

Riva Poker has used a very attractive 100% free risk chips to attract new players into their site and subsequently, they locked your account and will never entertain your email. There is 100% that you will never receive your winnings or your intial deposit eventhough you are fully co-operate with them by sending your ID and bank statement. Their reason is very simple - you fail to comply their terms and conditions.

If you are one of their players, please immediately withdraw all your monies and play at other poker site. Of course, I wish good luck to you. Hope your money will be withdrawn succesfully.

Please help to spread the news among your friends or any players by way of facebook, twitters or your personal blog. This is definitely a cheated poker/casino sites.

Thank you.

@MRSUREWIN: I see that you have also submitted a Pitch-A-Bitch on this issue. FYI, it is bad practice to discuss an issue on the forums and have a Pitch-A-Bitch going on the same issue at the same time: see the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ at

for details.

The bottom line is that continuing to post will damage or kill your Pitch-A-Bitch. Please choose either posting here in the forums or the Pitch-A-Bitch. Let me know your choice and I'll deal with the other accordingly.

Also, if you decide that you want to proceed with the PAB then you should read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ where we make it pretty clear that Yahoo email addresses, as you provided in your PAB, are not acceptable. As the FAQ spells out you'll need to provide a non-Yahoo email address before the PAB can proceed. Please correct this so we can process your PAB, assuming that is the route you want to go.

The casino in question may read it. This is the main reason which deters me from posting more serious complaints.

Also some players commit suicide when they post because the people here are pretty good at criticising.

Of course, and when they do the chances are pretty good they'll get pissed off and ignore whatever it is I'm trying to do with the OP's Pitch-A-Bitch. This, among other reasons, is why I say "PAB or forums, not both".

Suicide???
