Hi Guys,

it is really unbelievable what is happening to me at All Slots Casino.

I had pretty much luck and won there. 1K EUR.
Tried to withdrawal and received and email that ID documents are requested. So far, so good. I sent a copy of my ID, MasterCard and phone bill to them.

Several days ago the money came back without any email.
After contacting the chat person, she said, the documents were too big and i should re-send them.

I did it. Nothing happened. Couple of days later i contacted the chat support (again).
Now they need a photo with my face holding my ID in the hand and a copy of my master card bank statement.

Sent it today... waiting for more.

Had a lot of fun making a picture of me holding my ID :)

p.s. ID process is normal, no doubt, but the one side communication is unprofessional for me, i had to ask for everything, no emails...

I ask a lot of people for id at the casino i work for, and no matter which way they provide it, email, picture msg, through our app, we will ATTEMPT to contact you, by phone if you've sent it any other way but email, and email when you email us.

Few things id ask myself in your situation, did i email it? did i fax it? did i picture message it? then think, What email did i use to sign up, what phone number did i use on sign up ( assuming one was required ) and thirdly do they have a contact method for me?

if they simply dont respond before you contact id say that's awful from there side, but if there trying to make contact but cant, or have tried to make contact but failed id be with the casino with this one, i speak to to many players who after sending id haven't checked there email inbox, or picked up the phone when we've tried to call them.

you know, i received the one and only email in the beginning, where they asked for id. nothing later. i asked today if they can send the official request via email, contains "more id docs needed", and yes they did. but come on, should i contact the chat person everyday and ask "is everything ok ?". well my choice is made.

No, you should receive an email asking for id, if you then email back with pictures containing id, whether its acceptable or not you should get an email telling you either its not acceptable and to re-send, stating the reason, or an email telling you your verified, if they simply didn't email you back, that's awful customer service.

What people, what are your requirements?

Always depends, Amount in vs amount out, deposit method, games played, stakes, well ask people for id we consider no value to the business, you put £1000 into our casino and request a £50 w/d? dont worry we aint asking for id.

It s not about the ID process. It is normal in this industry. But when you get a feeling that the withdrawal process is taking longer and you have to ask for an update everytime, the reliance is gone. Waiting for my update tomorrow :D Good night guys

I think everyone should be treated the same when it comes to KYC verification. I understand that casino's have vip:s and people who are more valuable as a players to the casino, but the KYC should be the same for everyone. A casino worker has just confirmed that the the verification is different for some people, i find this largely disturbing, but maybe its just me....

That's rogue, bordering on illegal. KYC is nothing to do with your business model, it's a requirement of an international agreement to combat money laundering. Jerking winners around with ID requests is also rogue practice, and a misuse of the KYC procedure.

Criminals would like an opportunity to move money through a casino by losing it to another account without the worry that they will be caught out, and you have just provided such a loophole through lax KYC on customers who put in £1000 and only take £50 out. The launderers are not worried about the £950 loss provided they can get a decent chunk of it back via another account, presumably one that they have set up specifically to pass the most stringent KYC. The losing account is of course set up with fake details, borrowed ID, inconsistent deposit methods, etc because the thought is that KYC isn't so "hot" on losing accounts.

There are probably other casinos that misuse KYC in this manner, and this might explain why so many complaints are posted here from players who have had a decent win, and then get jerked around over their withdrawal. Maybe it isn't all about money laundering after all, but a concerted effort to mess "low value customers" about in the hope that they will play back their withdrawal through frustration (happens a fair bit), or will just walk away and be "low value" elsewhere.

Maybe its not only me afterall ;).

However, lets not forget we don't know which casino sigothx1 is working for, this is not an all slots issue.....

Let's see what happened here

Hi cheap08,

That is very strange. I assure you, we certainly do send emails and follow up with players if we haven't received docs from them within a few days. Can you please PM me with your All Slots username so that I can investigate this?

Thanks,
Michal

It should never ever happen in All Slots casino they are a big casino since early 2000's. They should be able to process document without hassles and process your withdrawal as soon as documents test are passed. Something is wrong with a client working for them, maybe mishandle it/misuse it, who knows. Lets Jackpot Factory sort it out hopefully it will be all going smoothly. Best of luck to you!

Update

We traced this issue to the player's account, and I'm happy to report that the docs have all been accepted and the withdrawals have been processed. We are trying to establish why our system did not generate an email to update the player as it should have.

Ok
I play with AllSlots pretty much every week
I was rather lucky and withdrew about $1000 Aus from $100 deposit first time on there.
Took a bloody long time to get thru the playthru but i made it!

Anyway i was a tad concerned with sending id as i had to do it 2 times (they said they never got it first time)

BUT after about ten days i got my withdrawal!

Since then i play there as i said at least once a week and i have made quite a few withdrawals and always takes the usual MG site time to get back to my VISA card.
Have nothing but good things to say about Allslots
Cheers all
