The latest iteration of this list does actually include some twitch and YT urls. I have heard some sites HAVE had their traffic slaughtered now by this action.

BUT....

As usual with the half-assed incomptents at the UKGC, a simple trick by the scammer affiliate sites ensures Uk visibility!!

So we have one of the worst criminal scum on the web, this site:



Obviously I won't link the human filth's site on here, but let it suffice to say that by simply adding /uk at the end of their url, they've instantly voided the UKGC's sorry attempts.

Ya couldn't make it up.

I saw many are now blocking access from UK IPs, including a few from that list. Others have moved to new domains or changed ccTLD and redirected all that not on Gamstop shite from .co.uk to new ones.

UKGC also fails to see pages like those published on OutlookIndia and Techpedia (see image). There are hundreds of not on Gamstop casino pages on Outlookindia alone and most rank at the top.

It is hard to believe that by simply adding "/uk" to the URL, unscrupulous sites circumvent UKGC measures. Indeed, the UKGC seems to be lagging behind the wiles of these sites. The use of new domains and strategies to circumvent blocking requires regulators to be more savvy in their methods of fighting back. Wow, how easy it is for them to find loopholes!

CasinoDaddy was my first introduction to live slot streaming (during the first covid lockdown), and to Twitch itself. I’ve got used to their foibles and find them quite amusing now.

It's an easy win for the UKGC, but it takes them so long to action anything - they could be filing these day in day out and strangling affiliate brands who are misbehaving. While it wouldn't solve the other longstanding problems with their inaction, it would at least give more of an impression (or would that be illusion) of "doing something".

As for CD, they've been around long enough and it's not their first rodeo - geo-location tech has been a thing for decades, so if you're advertising unregulated sites to UK players then you know the fire you are playing with. No sympathy for them...
