I'd suggest the best route would be to report through the casino you are playing at? Not sure if Evo will deal with players directly.

I did but the casino rep was very undelpful. He simply said since the game history showed I lost then it must be true. After arguing for quite some time he finally said he would send the case to the casino's financial manager. Given his poor response, I believe he might state the same thing he said again.

My advice to anyone playing any live games would be to record all your play I've had issues when playing for a fair few wins to which they stated have been losses, all of them were paid out when I presented clear evidence of some kind of problem, it can take months to get a result without it.
Last problem I had Jan sorted out & fixed)
