Trustly deposits deducted and not credited

Hey

As you can see in the title, I'm currently experiencing issues with Trustly.
I'm enjoying Trustlycasinos, cause of the instant payouts. Literally no pending time, if you decide to withdraw early enough

Many deposits are deducted from my bank account, but aren't credited to the casino account.
Happened again some minutes ago, 100€ deducted ( Casino name on request! ) and not credited.
It happened on different casinos in the past as well.

Anyone else here having the same issue with Trustly, or can give me some advice???

I'm playing in Germany ( Sparkasse ).

Mainly fine here; had it a few weeks ago but the money was in the casino account within 1 hr or less. Not had to raise anything through Trustly to sort it (yet)

Had another 10€ test deposit and... happened again at a different casino.
Customer support told me, that it has crashed.

The 100€ have been refunded today, so I tried another test deposit of 10€..... happened again.

Should I talk with my bank or with Trustly?

If the money just gets reserved, and not actually removed like it sounds like is the case here due to the fast refund call your bank.

If the money gets removed from bank, its trustly you should call.

After entering my TAN, the money is deducted from my bank account, and casino balance remains 0€.

Some time has passed and I've good news. All failed deposits have been refunded now
