Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec le casino SpinAura.

Le 3 mars 2026, après avoir utilisé une offre comprenant 100 tours gratuits et un bonus avec un wagering de 700 €, j’ai continué à jouer afin de remplir les conditions. Mon compteur de mise était déjà proche d’environ 470 € sur les 700 € requis lorsque j’ai remporté environ 4000 € avec une mise de 1 €, puis environ 2000 € avec une mise de 45 €.

Au total, mon solde a atteint environ 6000 €. Lorsque j’ai demandé le retrait, celui-ci a été refusé en affirmant que seulement 62,40 € sur les 700 € avaient été joués, ce qui ne correspond pas à mon activité de jeu.

Depuis, j’ai contacté le support à de nombreuses reprises et demandé une explication technique détaillée (logs de session, calcul du wagering, règle précise du bonus). À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu d’explication claire.

Selon plusieurs listings publics de l’industrie iGaming, la société exploitante Tronabriz Limitada est associée à plusieurs casinos en ligne, notamment : Tsars Casino, Gamblezen Casino, iWild Casino, KukiMuki Casino, 24Casino, Martin Casino, Rizzio Casino, Campeonbet Casino, Wintopia Casino, Lolly Spins Casino, CosmicSlot Casino, Golden Star Casino, Casinostars.io, jack-a-mole Casino et SpinBetter Casino.

At the moment when I placed the €45 bet, the bonus wagering had already been completed and the balance was already converted into real money.

I was no longer playing with bonus funds. I continued playing with real money, which is why I was able to place a €45 bet.

That is also when I won approximately €4000 with a €1 bet and later about €2000 with the €45 bet.

However, the archive I received from Tronabriz Limitada does not include my session from March 3, 2026 and only contains game history from November to January, which is why these bets and winnings do not appear in the data provided.

I would like to report an issue I am currently experiencing with SpinAura Casino.

On March 3, 2026, I deposited €20 and received a promotion including 100 free spins and a deposit bonus with a €700 wagering requirement.

After playing, the system showed that one of the bonuses (“Double 100 Free Spins”) was completed at 100%, and my balance was converted into real money. I was also able to request a withdrawal.

this session, I won approximately €6,000 (€4,000 with €1 bets and €2,000 with €45 bets on “3 Pots of Olympus”).

However, my withdrawal was later refused.

The casino provided two different explanations:
  • first: wagering not completed (only €62.40 out of €700)
  • later: maximum win rule applied

Thé explanations are inconsistent with each other and with my gameplay.

Additionally:
  • I was able to request a withdrawal, which should not be possible if wagering was incomplete
  • the game history provided by the casino does not include my session from March 3, 2026 (only older data from previous months)
  • the withdrawal request itself appears in the records, but not the gameplay that generated it
When I contacted support, they were unable to explain how this situation occurred and stated that they do not have access to this information.

I have attached screenshots showing:
  • the wagering inconsistencies
  • the missing game history
  • the withdrawal request
At this stage, I am simply trying to understand how:

  • a withdrawal was possible if wagering was not completed
  • the main game session is missing from the logs

Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I would like to raise a concern regarding SpinAura Casino and the use of official logos on their website.

The casino is displaying logos of well-known organizations such as GamCare and other “responsible gambling” entities.

However, I have directly contacted GamCare, and they confirmed that this use is NOT authorized. They also stated that they will send a “cease and desist” letter to the operator.

Additionally, the casino appears to display references suggesting regulation (such as MGA), while I have received confirmation that the casino is not licensed by them.

This raises serious concerns that these logos and references may be used in a misleading way, giving players a false sense of security and legitimacy.

I would like to know if anyone else has noticed this or has more information about the licensing and legitimacy of this operator.
