probleme 21grand casino

    Bonjour a tous !
    desole je suis francais je ne parle pas bien anglais...
    j ecris ici car apres avoir misé 500 euros sur le site 21grand casino et en avoir gagné 1500 ils m ont tout d abord retiré 500 euros car chez eux on ne peux gagner plus de 10 fois sa mise ! heureusement les casinos sont rares avec de telles pratiques !
    j ai envoye tous les documents qu'ils ont eu et m'ont confirme par email que tout etait en ordre.
    ma demande de retrait de 1000 euros n arrivant tjrs pas au bout de 10 jours je leur ai ecrit et Mr barton a ecrit que le virement partirai en debut de semaine prochaine !
    comme c est aujourd hui je pensais avoir mon argent mais ils viennent de m envoyer un mail comme quoi ils ne paye pas car je n ai pas fait d autres virements !
    quelqu'un peut il m aider ?

    Hello everyone !
    I do not speak English well ...
    I write here because after betting 500 euros on the site 21grand casino and having won 1,500 they first took away 500 euros because at home you can not win more than 10 times its bet! Fortunately casinos are rare with such practices!
    I sent all the documents they had and confirmed by email that everything was in order.
    My request for withdrawal of 1000 euros n arriving very soon after 10 days I wrote to them and Mr barton wrote that the transfer will leave in the beginning of next week!
    As it is today I thought I had my money but they just send me an email like what they do not pay because I have not made other transfers!
    Can someone help me?

    Your playing RTG site, many of complaints about no pay slow pay on this site alone, but this is what they do and most do pay after the strict rules and you manage to beat the wager but takes a log time, These sites will be long gone soon after now U.S can play alot of bitcoin sites, what happens when take the piss out of your customers , ifthey paid out fast than people would play,

    21 Grand has always been a Rival casino as far as I know - and part of the most notorious ROGUE operators there has ever been :mad:

    If you go to the website with that name - it's clearly not even a proper casino website, but more like a fake one put up by a dodgy affiliate - though in this case I suspect it was done but the operator themselves. They even have a graphic showing symbols from Starburst! :eek2:

    I don't think the OP (or even Max with all his experience) has a snowballs chance in hell of getting anywhere with these a holes :(

    My guess is Israel - I did meet the top guy from this group about 5 years ago and I think that's where he was from.
    But they could be anywhere on the planet really...

    I like the games but in all honesty is there a rival / RTG casino out there that is legit or can be trusted? I know a few have have been on here to try there luck and vanished but to me there all rouge, it seems like there is no Governing of these sites
    I know you list a few and without a doubt there are a few that are honest. I had dabble at raggingbull and paid without hasstle but only due to at the time we had Jason on here sorting tings out

    Why do they not not venture out like netent or microgaming and offer us Brits the games?

    As you've probably seen from my occasional screenshots, I do still enjoy playing Rival and RTG slots almost as much as any other softwares.

    The list of decent Rival casinos has shrunk considerably over the last 2 years or so, and of course we also lost quite a few decent RTGs when Club World Group (6 RTG casinos + 1 NuWorks) & Raging Bull (with it's sister Grand Fortune) turned rogue at the start of this year.
    But there are still quite a few good ones - as listed on my websites.

    They nearly all DO take UK players, but you have to remember there aren't any RTGs with £ currency (only $US, €uro & $Aus), whereas all Rivals DO offer £ - in fact, you have no choice now if you are in the UK.
    The other thing is, the Rival & RTG casinos in the Sloto'Cash group don't give any bonuses to UK players - but you ARE allowed to play at all of them ;)
