Treasure Mile, blunders and screw ups

So apparently Treasure Mile decided to rain a bit on my parade today. I had made a withdrawal on early Wednesday morning.

So here's some back story to help you with why I'm upset.

Back in the day, all 5 Genesys Club casino had marketed themselves as independent entities. They supposedly weren't connected in any way, shape, or form.
So I had signed up at Mandarin Palace and Treasure Mile under one e-mail address. Then Grand Eagle and Wizbet under another.
So I'm pretty sure you can see where this is going.
Apparently since I haven't deposited in well over a year now. They offered me a free chip, which I had lost literally instantly. I decided to give them another shot, since I miss BetOnSoft casinos, and I had awesome match offer.
Then this morning they denied my withdrawal request based on the multiple account rule. I then replied asking what do you mean multiple accounts. At which point I got a phone call later on today telling me I had two e-mail address associated with Genesys Club casino. Which was the one I now use primarily for gaming, and the other one for work. I then said, wait a minute, when you folks decided to merge all of the logins to one easy to use login. The security software or security even for that matter didn't catch that I had 2 e-mail addresses going, and you didn't bother to ask which one I would like to keep opened.
So he said for "future" withdrawals like there will be one. He has closed one of my accounts and everything should be honkey dory, but there going to confiscate my $290 withdrawal as a penalty for having 2 accounts. Case closed. Seems kinda unfair eh?
So I have e-mailed the casino host, which is who I'm pretty sure I was talking to, or someone in supervisory status, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if I could even get a fraction of my winnings. Since it was a bit of an oversight on there part in my opinion as well. I'll take some blame for not getting one or the other closed since I did read the materials that all of the casinos were one. Anyways I'm sure you've seen me rant enough.

To me that is a bunch of bull. If you didn't claim welcome bonuses under 2 different accounts then why does it matter? What if you changed your email and forgot to notify them bc you hadn't played there for a while. Unless a person abuses something I truly do not understand. It was a mistake! Maybe they will give you the money....geeezz. :p

So you're saying because two companies merged they're accusing you of multiple accounts. :what:

That doesn't seem right, if I'm understanding your position.

That's exactly what I was saying. They decided to make it one login for all 5 casinos. Therefore since I had 2 different e-mail address going, they both happened to create two "separate" accounts for all 5 of them. Therefore effectively causing me to have 2 different accounts.
So far since it's the weekend I haven't gotten a reply asking for at least my deposit to be redeposited into my account or a refund processed to my card. I'll let you guys know if something else emerges.

Cheetah,

I've got accounts at all of the Genesys Club casinos and went thru the change over with them too. I don't remember if all my casino accounts were under the same email account but I do know that for the longest time afterwards I couldn't login to LuckyCreek because of my login details (email being the user name).

Finally after numerous emails back and forth, they fixed it so I'm not sure what their problem is with your account. It should be no big deal to combine all the accounts, which is what they did in the first place when they made the user one for all casinos.

I have found with all Genesys casinos that you have to keep after them. They like to let things slide and if you don't keep on, they won't deal with anything.

Well here's a follow up, today James got ahold of me personally.
He said in the notes, he didn't see anything in there about multiple accounts for being the reason that finance denied my request.
As much as there now calling me a bonus abuser because I had taken 4 free chips in a row without a deposit in between.
I did mention to him, all 4 of these chips were sent to me via regular mail or via e-mail from you guys personally. If you didn't want me to take them, then you shouldn't be sending me of the offers.
He went on to say, it was my choice on whether or not I take the offer, and if I don't want to be called a bonus abuser. Just to throw away all future offers or delete the e-mail. Then everything will be fine. Which at this point I said, why don't you take me off your mailing list? He then basically repeted himself about deleting and throwing away stuff.
So after about 21 minute discussion over bonus abuse, throwing stuff away, checking for multiple accounts, we ended the conversation. That he was going to refund my deposit back to my card. Close my account, and we'll just part our ways.
It pretty much seemed like they didn't value my business and we weren't going to get anywhere quick.

Well, either way that too is their fault.
Makes you wonder, if they send those free chips out, just to be able to do what they did here. Doesn't sound good at all imo
I would still PAB.

Well the vibe, I'm basically getting here. Is there finding every excuse of which terms and condition I violated on why they won't pay me.
I'm sure the next one would be, well since we had to refund your deposit. We are no longer obligated to pay out your request, blah, blah, blah.
I'm pretty sure even if I did use my 1 free PAB. It really wouldn't result in anything better, since I'm pretty sure maxd would tell me. Since they did refund my deposit. That there no longer obligated to pay on the withdrawal.
On either note, I just now know to no longer play at any of these random Bet On Soft casinos. Unless if there accredited or associated with someone who I know does pay without giving excuse after excuse. Well with the exception of true cases of fraud or a violation of a T&C.

 And i had hopes for bet on soft i guess its just a hard thing for these shoe string casino's to keep up with the pack , to bad the games aren't bad at all oh well all that code writing up in smoke

I had one denied because I had a tourney win right after a free chip, or maybe vice versa... anyway... no cashee for the mousie... It's was only a $100 WD, so no biggie.

I just didn't realize a WD off a tourney win (which had WR of 40x or so), which I bought into with loyalty points, was considered 'free money'. Well now I do. I had to re-read the T&C. And I used to enjoy their little tourneys, too.

I think grand prive used to do that... had to have a $20 (or so) deposit between any free monies.

Very hard to keep track of when a place hands out freebies like candy.

The easiest solution is to never use their freebies.

.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer, any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void.

9.Please note: Any bonus prize won from our tournaments is considered Free Money and is subject to our maximum withdrawal limit of €100.

Well thats why I decided against throwing away my one free PAB. Since it was only $290, I'm like I would rather save it for a bigger win. Like something over 1K. Something really worth PAB about.
Anyways on the upside, I got my $30 back this morning, minus the international transaction fee that my bank seems so hell bent on not refunding. Either way it's all good now.
I just now know for the future not to take multiple freebies in a row, and then make a deposit. Causes one too many headaches.
