1) One thing I LOVE (not like) about Trada Casino is that all the support staff are very polite and human, always make the effort to engage in a brief conversation prior to helping with players requests.

None of this "Yeah, what do you want" like I see at some places, bad manners are my top pet hate, something I never have to worry about at Trada.

2) One thing you could improve (but probably can't ) Bring back the good old PROPER Raging Rhino. Deposited earlier this week and was actually gutted when I saw the Scientific Games logo as the game loaded. - Almost went to your lovely support and asked for my dosh back

I am pretty satisfied with Trada overall, although i feel there could be some improvements yet in the lower tier loyalty rewards: specifically regarding max cash-outs on freebies

Haven't tested the cash-out speed and such yet, but from what i've read members here have had no complaints

Yesterday was a mess - some players were getting logged out a lot. It's fixed by visiting chat and having them close and reopen your account. Sorry about that it was a real pain!

I have to say I love the fact Trada always appears when there are charitable donations etc on the go, I don't recall another casino offering to match a donation to charity or support them, oh and you are always there for the players, can't really fault you in fact.

The one thing I like best at Trada is the awesome support you guys have. Always a pleasure to deal with the gang at Trada and all issues are resolved quickly with no fuss.

One major thing Trada can improve on is more providers. Would love to see BTG and Playn'go as well as other providers. I hate Playson games with a passionn

Edit: Just talked to Liam about updating my address as I forgot when I moved. Address sorted and he forwarded my proof of address to banking which was approved within a minutes. Liam also took time out of his busy day to listen to me complain about my roof issues in my kitchen (my roof is getting replaced due to rot). Give Liam a raise! This is why I rate the best thing about Trada is your support personnel they are excellent !

Something I would like to see changed is your "Pending Cashback". Even if we have not yet "earned" it to our account,when I have blown my deposit the last thing I wish to see is "£12.50 Pending Cash Back" which I can't access

- Friendly staff who are active here and jgslots (Rach thats you )
- Generosity e.g way you supported the 24hour charity stream with cash and prizes
- Trust. I know im not being scammed or robbed.
- Fast payouts

Ways to improve:
- Ensure that promotions (especially free spins etc) are communicated in lots of ways. e.g. I get email notifications nut sometimes find free spins in my account section that I didnt know about.
- Build a Trada community.....a way to chat and play against other players is rare (e.g. like at VS or the old sky community games). Sad as it sounds, sometimes its good to unwind and chat randomly to people who dont know you.

In addition, I would like to wish Trada much success moving forward. I hope you continue to grow and grow as you are one of the few 'real-deal genuine' amongst the seas of thieving scum casinos.

For me...

What I love about Trada is that they do payout quick. Any casino that can do payouts in under 24 hours should be a normal thing at all casinos.

What I don't like about it... Mainly the lack of providers!

Also one last thing I don't like about it since I seem to be having this issue lately: I have to go into chat and remove bonuses that have failed. My balance is $0, yet it shows I have an active bonus that I can't forfeit manually. :/

I like the straightforward design when going on to your site, you can go straight to the games with nothing in the way.
The quick withdrawals are amazing and nicely reliable.

My pet peeve is not being able to cancel a bonus especially from free spins. You have to email and wait and whilst it may not be a long wait in the daytime, it means that play is delayed when you feel like playing right now!
Also would like it if quickspin was available, on DOA for instance. It puts me off playing sometimes because I have no patience lol.

im not posting for the free stuff , but you really need to sort out this site link when it keeps booting me off , this has happened for over two weeks now , it keeps kicking in between navigating games , the lag on wms & microgaming is a common problem. lack of good deposit matches doesnt seem to matter if you a vip or not , a few other things that really should be addressed as well. games that i cannot play due to uk , well if i cannot play them make them go away ) & this is no disrespect for the casino this is from purely a players point of view .

So great promises within this casino nearly so close to being in top 5 casinos but just fall short of the line every year so far.

Good staff & reps , so its all there but needs to tlc for players.

When you look at their terms and conditions the games contributions towards play through range from 100% to 75%,50%.25% and nothing. Those games are based on their RTP. However trying to read those details have been printed so lightly that it is very difficult to read. Also attempting to find those games that contribute 100% or lower is a real task in itself. It is all geared towards foxing the player and there is no need for it.

Granted a while back now but I peaked around the £270 mark from a NDB (as best memory serves) and cashed out £200 which I received in full GBP

Regarding your query, our term for maximum withdrawal of USD200 for a no deposit bonus has been in place for quite a while. I believe it stems back from the days on the Viaden platform when the primary currency was US dollars. Also, all of our back offices and financials are still calculated in USD so I assume this was quoted as USD for that reason.

I accept your point that at this stage it's probably more helpful to quote this is more currencies. However, it is made clear in the terms that the maximum cashout is a USD figure:

b. The maximum withdrawal from complimentary free spins or no-deposit bonuses is $200 USD for players who have a depositing history at TradaCasino. The remaining balance will be forfeited when a withdrawal is requested.

We are not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes here. The maximum cash-out from no deposit bonuses has been a topic covered a number of times here at Casinomeister and we have never tried to hide this fact.

I understand the frustration of losing a portion of winnings as a result of the term, but that does not make TradaCasino a corrupt business. We try our best for our players, we are transparent and honest and are always available to discuss everything and anything here at CM.

@Jon receiving GBP instead of USD would have been a case of human error.

Also, for reference, no maximum cash-out is implemented when players claim spins with a deposit.

Damn thats rough. I'd be steaming had i last month took a 10 deposit for a decent amount of free spins with a 200 (or 20x my deposit max withdrawal limit) , only to get lucky, beat huge wagering and withdraw the max available but ultimately end up credited 15.4x my deposit amount. Im the kind of guy who will spend a few extra quid if out for the night, when expecting a ceartin amount to hit my bank the following day or two (when nothing is in doubt and i have beenn notifed its processed etc) and that would put me into a right sulk

Sorry i deleted that post as you replied while i wrote it to colin, and your reply kind of answered my question.

But that was definately at trada. I got an email, deposit 10 or 20. I belive ten, it was a decent amount of spins, worth more than the value of the deposit. But the chat rep did say it had a max withdraw of 200, after i gave her the bonus details. But it was a generous amount of spins for the deposit.

It was not unclear to me though, it's always one of the first things i ask when joining a new Casino...

Didn't know about the conversion though, that's a bit that's definitely up for revision, if you ask me!
Just to be fair, if you get a loyalty chip at any point, which is also a freebie, you'll find these don't have a max cash-out
And very low WR!
