Question Trada casino has the worst bonus sytem for acredited casinos :(

Today i registered at trada ... hearing the good reports here deposit 100 with a 100% bonus made it to 300 and lost, lost second bonus of 50 also

deposited 30 for 50% last deposited played dead or alive at .36 had some good wins and made it to 300

alas still didn't mange to beat the wagering ....

the wagering was way too high... d+b X25 ie thats like 75Xb

normally when there is high wagering like this its allowed to withdraw if u didn't hit bonus funds like betat or slotty or Mr green

or like casumo allowed to withdraw a part of it ....

and then dead or alive and immortal romance contribute only 70%


its a nice casino and i like it there but wished if they have a bit fair player friendly bonus system ...

im not ranting about bcs i lost ... and to be fair everything is clear in their t&c

Hi Rachel is there any chance you can look into the cash back system & do it as a monthly cashback instead of £2 credits , it tends to put me off playing within your casino i would much rather play & not receive any credits & use cashback once a month , i would of thought that many players would prefer this system???????

This is something that has been requested before, we have a completely mixed bag on this one.

It's almost exactly split 50/50, with many players enjoying the instant rewards and others preferring it would be credited in one batch.

I'm working on a system that gives the player a 'Save for Later' option as well as 'Instant' - to keep everyone happy! However I'm afraid this is something that will be a couple of months away, as we have a few other projects being finalised at the moment.

I'll keep you updated, and as I haven't made a final decision on the exact scope of the cashback changes I will come back here for more detailed feedback when the time comes

TY Rachel make me really happy that the casino is hearing our part and is ready to change or even thinking about it

hope you can make the wagering bonus only or if not bonus only option to cash out before wagering

i would also love if player can check the wagering their own without contacting support

and also would love if new games are released instant

am not a big fan of cash back system always like a bonus upfront ...

but still i will think about the cash back system and give it a bash

Do both, giving the option to select one or the other. However, for me, £2 for £70 is not very appealing. That said, not sure how the 25% cashback translates into less than 3% of wagering.

And with that said, self control means you don't have to withdraw or use that cashback credit plus you have the freedom of choice to use it or don't.

Not a Trada player at present (apart from 1st deposit), however that may change now you are not just MG and have Netent slots too.

However I do have to say I find it very surprising to read that one of, if not THE most brutal slot around only counts 70% towards WR - Namely 'Immortal Romance!'

All your other comments I absolutely agree with. Same-day game launches are actually resolved now, so content will be launched same-day from January onwards. Also the more recent titles that aren't on-site yet are being uploaded within the next 7 days.

Regarding viewing remaining wagering on-site, rest assured this drives me crazy too. We're looking into a percentage progress bar similar to the cashback one at the moment.. I'll keep you posted

yep got to say your staff are indeed impeccable which is great , good looking girly is nikki ) , if you guys get the chance also you could look at matches being added instantly , then apply wagering on them. that would be great as well
