Trada and Netent

Don't know if this has already been covered search function didn't throw any results.

Last month whilst playing on Trada Casino I couldn't get any Netent games to load over 4 days,support kept panning me off and tonight I went to despoit but on sniffing about it seems Netent have been pulled? Can any 1 confirm what's going on here?

No netent , and support said they have no time frame on when the games will return. So it does not leave a great game selection at all. Rep seems a bit absent as well. I had an issue with DL last week. Which was in the end fully resolved by live support but it took like 3 to 4 days, and multiple chats. I posted here about it but the rep never responded even though I tagged them in the post. They had to set me up a whole new account, I was comped for this so not complaining on that. But it was a pain in the ass situation and surprised the Trada rep here never picked up on the thread.

On a break from them again as too few games at the moment. And my last session was not the dogs bollocks ;-)

You're correct in saying there has been an issue with NetEnt games recently. The issue being... they're not on site.
This happened around the middle of last month because we needed a new regulatory contract for the country the games are hosted in.

We were originally informed that the issue would only have the games down for a few hours, this turned into a few days, and as is clear right now, it's been a few weeks.

Once the games are back up, I will be running an exclusive CM competition on NetEnt games.

Well they might well be back but I won't be playing them till mid may as I took a 6 month break on Gamstop and I have to admit I'm bored silly I think I made a harsh decision ffs lol
