Just wondered if this has happened before, do people complain based on position they are based ?
I had it happen to me few months ago on 32RED, was one of the daily free entry tourneys, was the Hitman game, i think top 30 got free entry into another tourney if i remember correctly(buy-in value was the prize). Weirdly or maybe just my bad luck this one and only time i got on bonus round and i hit big time on it, think was over 200,000+ my win when it all ended and i was sitting 3rd in it. But i noticed the prize pool was saying 300,000+ shared prize, which i thought was what you play for with your free buyin ticket, but when i checked 30 places they all had like 14,750 prize.
Obviously was a mistake, and at the time i alerted live chat to this just to make sure it wasn't what i would win(wishful thinking i know). They said they look into it, i thought they simply fix the error in prize pool/prize places, but day or so later when i checked my placing the tourney had either been restarted or closed and new one open and i had to do my free play again.
I didn't complain at the time, bar moaning on live chat, and i think i raised it few weeks back in a email to them whilst i was moaning. But has this ever happened to anyone else, and would you complain. Obviously im not going to complain now since happened so long ago, but if i had bought into it i would seriously be pissed. Since was free one with no initial prize bar a buyin i let it go.
