Faked White Label Casinos

It's possible they have gone under, in which case you are only wasting money setting any lawyers onto them...

Everybody who is interested in running a white label casino should be very cautious. Most providers offering casinos below 25k setup fee are scammers. Read this informative article:

White Label Casino
Awesome 5 slot
Providing "White Label Casinos" or "Turnkey Casinos" in form of several online casino product lines is our main focus. With the invest of a limited amount of time and money gambling market participants can setup and operate a Premium White Label Casino which hardly can get differentiated from a conventional stand-alone casino which can easily cost up to $100.000. As an alternative to our professional Premium Casino we are offering the free Casino2Go entry-level solution.

Equipped with approx. 100 top-notch casino games (no download required) and amazing customization features the fully managed Premium Casino solution ensures a quick and successful entry into the casino market so far a casino operator (you) provides a sufficient amount of targeted traffic. Beside some initial contributions to our setup work you can focus solely to the casino marketing - we at WinningStreak are doing the the rest.

One major benefit of our Premium White Label Casino is that you can build-up your own affiliate network around your casino. You have access to all affiliate data so that you can manage your affiliate network on a professional level.

For more information on how to run your own Premium White Label Casino please visit the Turnkey Casino website.

Quite, there are quite a number of very low cost, even free, white label offerings out there. Often though, the casinos they spawn don't get very far. Many have never been heard of here, yet seemingly have been around for years. Some have been uncovered because they have blatantly ripped off games (often very badly) from the major softwares. One might, for example, see a casino offering the popular Microgaming game "Cashanova", but when they load it up find either a bad rip off, or a game that looks nothing like what they were expecting.

One case I remember was Jackpots Heaven, who ripped off the popular Microgaming slot "Thunderstruck", and merely changed the colours a little and nicked Thor's helmet, claiming that by doing this they had made what they did "legal" in terms of copyright rules.

If we are to tell the bad white labels from the good, we need an independent source. We can't rely on one white label provider to tell us that certain members of the competition are fake and that they are the best.

Interesting though it is, I really think you guys should be discussing this in private - not on a public forum! :eek2:
Don't both of you have a telephone?
KK

I was about to say the same, but I kept reading and then I reached this one:

Hi guys,

Just an update of the situation.I must admit that total e soft have addressed all my issues, and have handled the situation well.I do admit that some of the changes were made on my part regarding the site, and maybe I should have given them a chance to resolve it before coming on here. They also re added funds to my account as they said,I just hasn't checked on the site for a few days.I always want to keep people up to speed on the quality of certain companies etc and improve the industry that's why I came here.Total e soft have fully resolved the issue now,so I must give credit where it's due.

Thanks for your time guys you have all been very helpful

I (also) am in business for 30 years and if I might say, this final post seems very, very weird to me.

The creator of the World-wide-win Casino

Unbelievably unprofessional and childish manners...

I'm another "client" who has been rigged by Total E Soft. It's already about 6 years ago when I've been talked into opening my own white label online casino. We've invented the brand "World Wide Win Casino". It's still online, have a look: world-wide-win.com.

The investment seemed to be low and promising and stupid as my partner and I were, we didn't really do our homework, just like Jamie. Without trying to defend ourselves, 6 years ago there were hardly any information (especially no negative information) on the internet.

Well, if a deal sounds to good to be true...

So what happened to us? Basically the same that's currently happening to Jamie. We've paid the money and they started creating the website. It took forever and plenty of things were not working properly. So many bugs and errors... Anyway, we kept on pushing and pushing and the communication got worse and worse until we didn't get any answers anymore at all. From that point it was literally impossible to reach them!

The sad thing is that some players actually cashed in money, we could see that in the buggy backend. Did we ever get our commission? Of course not!

All my further attempts to contact them and warn them with legal actions were for nothing. From time to time we've received an "surprised" answer saying something like "Oh, really? There are problems? Please tell me about them and I will to my utmost to solve everything. Regards, Jonathan". Yeah, right... They even did further updates on the casino, for example they've added a sportsbook in order to steal more money from other weak players with a stolen brand that we've once created.

DON'T COOPERATE WITH THEM AND DON'T EVER PLAY IN THEIR CASINOS!

They don't even pay their clients who were stupid enough to trust them so don't expect that they will pay their players: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/world-wide-win-casino-have-you-also-had-problems.25900/

I'm really sorry for everybody who has been fooled by them just like us.

If anyone is seriously interested in taking legal action together, please contact me.

P.S.: We still have the domain worldwidewin.com which we is redirecting to the casino address word-wide-win.com. Any suggestions where we should make redirect it to instead? ;)

If this is supposed to be the relaunched version of the software, it's still crap:(

Not as crap as before though, but given how far the mainstream softwares have come, it seems little progress has been made at Total E-Soft.

There are very few games compared to other casinos, and all their "premium" games are "down for maintenance". I also tried the 4 hand video poker, but it froze, yet another bug. The slot 7th Heaven worked, but it is very "retro", like casino software was a decade ago.

Of course there are many bugs. However, this is not even just about the quality of their software - especially it's about their attitude how to treat clients and players.

Very interesting

Hi Everyone

I have read the messages on this forum with great interest regarding Total e-soft.

I opened a betting account with letsbet247.com, I have now come to realise that this is run by Total E-soft. I opened an account to bet on an international football game. To cut a long story short I requested to withdraw over £1000, this was in March 2013, it is now 24th August 2013, you wont be surprised to hear that I have not heard a thing despite leaving many messages via email and phone. It is only when I got the telephone number did I realise I was leaving messages with a company called Total E Soft.

When I first joined I was receiving emails and the communication was good, when I asked for a withdrawl I received an email requesting security documents in order for the withdrawl to take place, fully understandable I thought. My last email that I received from them confirmed that my security documents had been received and my withdrawl would take place in24-48 hours, you wont be surprised to hear that I have heard absolutely nothing............. big scam! My emails were sent by JONATHAN.

Any ideas as to the next step I should take???

Submit a PAB.

Your documents were accepted, and you were told you would get paid within 48 hours.

This looks very much like a scam operation that suddenly goes quiet once a player wins, withdraws, and has that withdrawal authorised. We already have tales from potential operators that they have not received the white label casino they had paid for, and in one case the casino is still running, but the operator isn't getting the money or the stats they should be.

My suspicion here is that Total E-Soft is a sinking ship, and cannot meet it's liabilities due to breakdowns in the relationship between itself and the operators, and don't have the money themselves to keep the operations ticking over, but are still taking deposits from players where they can. This would effectively be "trading whilst insolvent", and maybe your local Trading Standards can help here by contacting the company on your behalf to find out just what is going on.

I was surprised to find out it was still running, I thought it had gone bust years ago. I ended up with a bonus balance stuck in one of their casinos, but it could not be wagered unless a deposit was made due to how it's bonus system works. I then got an email telling me the casino had closed, and that my money (bonus balance remember, not ACTUAL money) would be stored in limbo and reinstated when and if the casino was relaunched. I think they did relaunch, but I didn't bother going back.

Total E Scam

Hi!

I have also been scammed of Total e soft and Jon, they owe me a lot of money in affiliate fees. And they have stop answering emails.

Is anyone taking legal actions I´m on.

In contact with the police

Hi!

I ´m now in contact with the police. So if you want to tell your story of how Total E Soft stole your money, send me a PM and I will tell your story to the police.

Can you explain in more detail what happened? If there is an issue with this company, many of us would like to know.

Yes, there is a VERY serious issue with that company, and if people would genuinely like to know, I can happily detail those issues based on 3 years of experience as their 'partner'.

However, each time I've tried to bring these issues to the fore regarding total lack of honour to payments and other malpractice it seems that they have been ignored and we appear to get blamed each time, even receiving a worst casino manager award, thanks a lot.

Anyway, if you truly want to hear about it, we'll be happy to detail the facts of our 3 year partnership with them, and the outstanding payments they failed to make which eventually we covered ourselves, despite being owed large amounts of earnings by them.

These guys should absolutely be in jail. They have surely made fraudulent profits for many years. I don't know how they've got away with it for so long.
