How many are thinking of taking Rivals off their sites? I have seen many redirecting traffic to other software providers, selling domains and sites over the last few days. We all know there is a serious issue with Rival and payment processing. We are going to think hard about this ourselves and start removal of the small casinos first. The ones left will be the ones that do not depend on Rival itself to process their money.

I haven't seen reason to shut out the Rivals that I have on my WagerWitch Blog Free Bonuses yet.

Please clarify the facts for me.

Right now - your post is the very first one saying anything about removing them that I have seen....

I don't have the facts yet - so - PLEASE POST THEM ALL here.

THanks!

I would love to hear more on this asap.
The only one I never liked was that Irish Luck one from the past thing they did in making someone hit that progressive slot last year.
Thanks Bonustreak for telling us to keep our eyes open on more things to come.
Let the cat out of the bag and tell us more.

I removed most Rival casinos from my sites due to low conversions, low player value, and because most of my high-value players were banned. I still have a few Rivals left on my sites, but I certainly won't be giving them homepage exposure anytime soon.

Um - who? where?

I don't think she means the casinos are doing this, but affiliates are selling related domains and sites. I saw that too.

I am also very disappointed in them. I still carry them because my players want them, but they are more of a customer service than a profitable thing for me.

Yeah, I thought she meant the casinos were shutting down, etc.

What is problematic is the centralized support they have. It leaves a lot to be desired. And some of the casinos are not prepared to pay the progressives in one batch, which seems quite odd to me.

That's another good thing about Box24 Casino, they use their own in-house support team and also pay their progressives in full too....;)

Thanks Rob so I can add that to my list anymore that you know of? Sloto and Ruby Royal are on the list as well.

Those are three of the best for sure IMO bonustreak, and I would also include Vegas Regal in there too since they have a great, active rep here at Casinomeister in Nicolas. I think Dendera will turn out to be a good one too and the owner of Tradition has been posting here regularly as well and seems to be trying awfully hard to appease the masses.

EDIT To ADD: Fortune Reel is also doing a good job of making fast payouts to players, usually within 24 hours. And also once you have made one, the next one's get paid within a few hours.

If they are that much of a PIA for you I would be happy to replace all the Rival banners on your sites with my own. Then you wouldn't have to worry about them any more! :p

KK ;)

Haha, if you think it will be profitable for you, I'll be happy to sell you the spots. :)

For now I am weeding them out and just leaving up the few that get good player reviews.

Not too surprised to be honest.

The only Rival I have ever taken onboard was Slotocash as they set up their own UK support department and had an experienced team of staff in. Even then, exposure remains limited because of the weekly withdrawal limits and a reluctance on my part to take on new(ish) software providers without a hardened track record.

The thing that always bothered me the most was Rival's licensing criteria - it doesn't seem that difficult - or expensive - to get a Rival licence and that makes it much harder to judge who is behind an outfit. I'm sure, like Sloto, there are some good ones, but how can you tell?

Tricky.

That is the thing you cannot tell and from what I understand there are like 15 of them in queue waiting to be launched. I also don't like the fact that they let each operator decide the monetary value on slots on a whim, even remove certain high variance slots from the casino. They let these owners call good depositing high roller players bonus abusers when they make large cash outs. They have ran all my players off calling them abusers or making outrageous cashout requirements and last but now least the encourage players to reverse a cashout. The do all they can to get a player to reverse.

Hi bonustreak,

Do you think I could take a few minutes of your time via IM so you can let me know if what you have posted here applies to Regal Affiliates/Vegas Regal Casino and if so what we can do to improve?

You could post it here as well, I just wanted to have a chance to talk with you and 'pick your brains'. I know there are a few things we are improving, but I'd like to be aware if there is anything else or something new we need to add to our 'to-do' list. :)

I know we must listen and apply the suggestions of our affiliates and players if we want to secure a long term market share. :notworthy

Just to inform everyone, Rival operators are able to pay out progressive winnings in one lump sum. Each operator can choose their preference actually. At Ruby Royal we chose to pay out progressive winnings in one lump sum.. This is a personal preference set by ourselves..
thx

Hey Nicolas I always have time for you :) I am happy with how things are going since players are now converting a bit. Ruby Rocks!

Another thing I noticed is I think its been about a month in a half since I was mailed about a new player deposit.

This is just a quick note to let everyone know we now payout progressive jackpots in one lump sum, no weekly limits.

We will be sure to update our site and inform affiliates about this change.

@ bonustreak,
I'm going to PM you because I looked up your stats and they seem to be very, very good. I feel you may have been a little harsh/unfair on us in this thread considering the results we have provided from your traffic.

Kind Regards,

Hi all,

It's the same old story that one affiliate may do well with X brand whilst another does jack all.

For me Rival don't convert well at all.
Any players I do get are small. they stay around grab a couple of bonuses and then go elsewhere.

The again I've never had much success with Brightshare either.
Whereas some affiliates swear by them as their best performers.

We all know (or should) that conversions are dictated by players & that generally also means geo locations too.
If your operating a US facing portal then it would makes sense to promote casinos that accept US players. Rival being one of these.

Although my sites are not US facing, I do have Slotcash, added just for some variety. But reiterating for me it coverts very poorly.

Cheers

:)

As a player thats signed up to probably 99% of rivals and i find it suprising that i never ever receive any promo emails from them. Some rivals only ever sent the signup email detailing my account details and nothing else.

At MG casino's i probably get some sort of email once a week/fortnight naming what promo's are running or deposit specials are available and it feels like different Mg casino's are competing for my business,

But with Rival i get the impression that they couldnt care if i deposit or not,
If i didnt open the folder i have with the rival casino's in i would have forgotten i had signed up with them in the first place

Looks like I may be eating a little crow regarding my recommendation about Dendera there above...Too bad to, they started off really good but I have noticed of late that a hell of a lot of my players have been getting suspended or bonus banned there lately.
