Topgame > more rogue Casinos

Ahh Top Game, a few months back I got these free chip offers as well. So I tried one or two of them, both tried to pull the 'chip is no longer valid' game. I called them on their B.S. and got the free chips anyways, my findings though were that their games were TERRIBLE and SLOW.

A casino destined for the trash heap I would say.

I just put in for a payout from Winward Casino. I will let you know how it goes. They are not a 'group' casino..Customer service has been very easy to reach and speak to...

I am sorry, bad wording..I mean that they are not affliated with any other casino..I sent in my docs this morning and already received a email that they were received and approved...So far, so good..:D

But they are..

They share all support with a couple of Bingo sites and Slots Village Casino.
The Bingo sites and Slots Village are also owned by Winward Hall Ltd.

Rich Casino is btw also owned by Winward Hall Ltd.

I sent in my docs this morning and already received a email that they were received and approved...So far, so good..:D

I am pretty sure that you will get your money. :)

Seems FRAUD comes naturally to these guys. First, they get caught pretending to be licenced by Gibraltar, and now have been caught providing false WHOIS information for their domain.

It would seriously inconvenience them if their domain was revoked though, because if the contact information is false, the registrar will not be able to contact them to ask them to correct the information, nor even prove it IS correct, and might simply take the domain down.

Using "John Doe" is not even creative, it LOOKS fake even before any kind of investigation.

This sort of occurrence brings into question the extent of the professional interest and efficiency of the domain registrar i.m.o.

You would think that even during the processing of such a registration something like John Doe and Baker Street (even if the number was right - Sherlock lived at 221b <grin>) would raise at least a flicker of interest.

there is simple explanation

hi

there is very simple explanation why casino states , Aztec and Rich had on their site this unfortunate Gibraltar mistake. When topgame manufactured white labels, it did copy paste to all the texts on their sites. the operator )who was an affiliate in most cases) did not had a clue of the issue, or the fact he need to do QA on the texts, and when it was told that, it was fixed. its an honest stupid mistake. nothing done with any fraud intention. The problem originated from texts of the writer who made texts for a former 888 licensee. that is how the Gibraltar thing got into it.
i understand there is alot of negativity towards topgame here, but knowing the industry and especially the "world wide" industry, i think topgame is in par with rtg and vegas tech when it comes to quality of product, and work ethics. They made many mistakes of accepting affiliates as operators, that didnt work out well. part on topgame fault. part on affiliates fault. but overall, i think topgame, with a little guidance from the forums, can be a part of this industry. i think they learned a few lessons and did manage to get a nice market share, and they do take care of plenty of players and affiliates. so at least for their sake (the aff and players), i hope there is a way to get them in the right path, with your guidance.

Now these guys are definitely the case of having a non existent prize wheel and telling you that you have lost.

I have pending cashouts @ VegasCasino21 and 21 Dukes , and to be honest i feel like ill never get my winnings . Why ? they ask for scanned id more than once . They told me that i have to fill some kind of form with my details , i have to mail their support and ask for that form . I did that like 5 times already , no reply .Topgame software was made for rogue use if you ask me . I can`t find one single topgame based casino out there where i can actually play and withdraw . They all give freechips , just to make you login from time to time , not to mention all the crappy emails with innexistent bonuses , and the fact that some share your details and email adress with other crappy casinos and affiliates which are also rogue . I had a good experience with Blackdiamond back when it was topgame , and thats about it . The fact that they switched to Rival says it all .

Just a heads up on 21dukes. 21dukes is owned by the same person who owned bigdaddyscasino.com and bigdaddyspoker.com. When BD closed last year, they left many players and affiliates unpaid. It's nice to see they put our money to good use. I would recommend that players and affiliates run the other way when 21dukes comes calling. Here is the

What kind of "ethics" would this be:confused:

It looks like the ethics of the "petty thief" to me.
