Everyone gets complaints. And if you are US facing you will have many more complications than non US facing entities. So yeah, you're going to get bucket loads of complaints since there are many situations that are unpredictable which you have no control over.

Yes, they do attract a lot of complaints but if we take away the nonsensical ones eg the player complaining not winning at High Noon and the payment processing complaints from USA players then we are only talking about a small handful. One area they should look at is communicating better with their clients. I play less with them now ever since they reversed my withdrawals twice without reason at All Star Slots. No emails were received giving you a feeling they just want you to play it back.

I'm certainly not going to say that CW/Tom have been perfect but in my dealings with him, Tom has always been very helpful and prompt on answering my PM's to him. He's even helped me out with some really stupid stuff on occasion.

And no I don't shill for them or get paid, but if they'd throw a RJ my way, I might be tempted. LOL!

Well you know ...each to their own, and all that ... I could post a lot of thoughts, personal experiences and opinions about the CWC group, 3DICE, and both their softwares, but I learned, that being careful what you say, and especially who you say it about, is a wise decision, especially if your not considered "knowledgeable", and omg ...if you're a "newbie", you better shut your piehole, cuz people who has been here longer, are automatically, and per definition wiser, and more "knowledgeable", JUST for the fact that they have been on a forum longer ?? I did NOT know, that being a member on a casino forum made you smarter, more knowledgeable, or give anyone the right to talk down to other people...Maybe I should have skipped college, and just be a member on a forum !!! ...geez people...Can you get of your high horses already?
It's very easy to be disliked, and become a "troll" or a "conspiracy terrorist" with a "tinhat" if your experience and opinion differ, isn't it ?, ESPECIALLY when money is involved Funny enough, the same is not the case, if you flollow the "rules" and agree that everything about these people, and their operation is just dandy.
The fact that one has to consider this, does NOT make ANYONE look any better in my eyes tho....on the contrary.
Lurking.....and having a laugh once in a while, is by far the safest, if you dare to have an opinion about anything ...and a lot of people do just that ...Do you ever wonder why ?
Now....you all had your fun derailing yet another thread with welcomming Nifty back,....yet ANOTHER THREAD...so I trust my little derail is ok as well, right ?

P.S I don't give a flying shit if you get paid or by who NIFTY....The bottomn line is, you talk like you get paid, so that's what you look like, whether you like it or not.
What I would like tho, is for you to provide proof, that you have ANY clue what you're talking about....EVER, and to let everyone know what part of the various casino's software you have access to, that makes you able to post left and right, about how honest their software is, as facts ?? I'm very curious about that, and you have often enough asked people to provide proof of a LOT of things....it's your turn matey

I have to say, when the sh*t was hitting the fan over the student clause Tom did step up to the plate and took some pretty hefty hits (and yes some from myself included). I'm still not 100% with the changes to the clause, but that's just me, and it really doesn't affect me now one way or another. There have been other issues and I have to say Tom hasn't shirked his responsibilties, maybe in the eyes of those who have been affected by the outcomes, but he has been doing his job.

If you look at the list at the bottom of the forum home page every day it will show you who has logged in for the day. Every day there will be 30 to 40 casino reps logged in. How many of those reps are active members on the forum? How many of those reps take an active interest in the more serious threads for their casinos? The answer...not many! So please, let's not look a gift horse (per se) in the mouth. I know I'm guilty of it and will be the first to admit I've done my share of "crucifying" casino reps here, but have done so at least with the intention of being constructive and fair for the player.

Being here longer does NOT automatically make you wiser, but being here for a day doesn't either. See what has happened the last 2 times I tried to voice my opinion....first time I did, my thanks button dissapeared, and the second time I was warned for "harassing" other members....what a friggin joke, when you see what the people I "harras" can get away with every single day....

I would have assumed that folks who know the site would be above this kind of petty kvetching. The "I'm being persecuted, so-and-so isn't!" stuff is thoughtless rubbish.

Anyone who pays any attention to the site, and has a shred of respect for it, knows that Bryan and the rest of us mods try to be as even-handed as we possibly can. We go out of our way to roll with the punches and keep things progressive and forward-moving.

In recent days Bryan has had to slap a few wrists. If you were on the receiving end they you almost certainly deserved it. Don't be petty and start blubbering about how unfair it is that you got your knuckles wrapped: suck it up, try to learn a little something from it (because that's the whole frickin' point!), and press on.

If you think you're the only one who caught a bit of stick then you're dead wrong: look around, the treatment has included folks on both sides of the fence because, duh!, Bryan is being as even-handed as he possibly can about this, and is burning off a goodly amount of time and effort to do so. I've even been on the receiving end of some of this (a while back) so no, you're not the only one.

Folks who catch a little penalty time should put in a bit of effort to straighten-up. And don't make pissing all over the forums your first line of defense: if you shit where you eat you'll find that everything starts smelling like crap.
