In all fairness I had this morning 45mins of uninterrupted play at VS, can you believe it? :rolleyes: :D

This goes beyond your standard 'cache and cookies' fare and is starting to sound rather complex. It obviously doesn't appear to be your hardware (you have have got everything turned on!!) so it can only be at the exchange between MG's servers and your local interweb provider.

As other members aren't experiencing these problems as much perhaps you're just getting a inferior experience based on your geographical location somehow? Like being too far away from your provider's exchange or maybe one of your neighbours has cracked your router password and is leeching off your connection!! :eek:

So the solution is clear. Move house. In fact, come over to London! I can put you up in my shed 'till you get yourself sorted :eek2:

EDIT: been playing DOA just over 3hrs today at VS, not a single disconnection or error. First time in months that i got that far. :)

Just to echo I play daily and have a handful of errors if that playing all over the place, I did have an issue with MG not working for me on chrome yesterday afternoon but by the evening it worked again, I used safari no problem when chrome wouldn't work btw.

Seems like it might be a location issue as that is a hell of a lot of errors you have, Iv had 1 or 2 sessions like that but never an on going problem. Hope you get to the bottom of it

Not yet a losing session, currently AUD1300 ahead for today and now 5 hours without errors although i played 6 different slots so far. :thumbsup: ...will try to keep it a winning one ;) :)

Makes me really wonder what has changed, certainly nothing at my end. :confused:

It seems that Harry's tech malaria has spread to my connection too. Vernon's games are running as if someone is moving the reels manually and 32 Red's MG portfolio is redundant as none of their games load to full completion. This presents a real problem as they only have MG games.

They were working fine yesterday mind, although that seems like a long time ago now.

It seems that Harry's tech malaria has spread to my connection too. Vernon's games are running as if someone is moving the reels manually and 32 Red's Mg portfolio is redundant as none of their games load to full completion. This presents a real problem as they only have MG games.

Looks like they can never give a problem free day to all players no matter from which region. :mad: :rolleyes:

I just had a 7.5hrs session at VS and all was smooth as silk, including 2 withdrawals. Yet, the past weeks i had to be happy to have more than 10 min runs. :rolleyes:

Go figure! :eek: Nothing has changed at my end but suddenly all runs as it should. Probably still my cookie/cache stash and internet connection if I go and ask CS why? :rolleyes: :D

Hope it improves mate. BTW, have you emptied cookies/cache? Checked your connection? :p ..... (sorry couldn't resist)

Geez Alex, makes you wonder sometimes how casinos are getting away with such dreadful support. Can only be in the gambling industry as we punters are a patient lot.

Said this already once, i would have my customers banging down my door if my machinery would have that many problems and i would tell them to reboot every time knowing very well that it won't help much. :rolleyes:

And that especially at number color where you first have to get through their "intentional" myriad of pop-ups and what not to get through to a CS agent just to be told: "hey stupid, listen, it is not the casino, it is your laptop/connection/ etc."

She must be an absolute genius though to run a full diagnostic on the casino within a few seconds and to tell you it is all fine at their end. I wonder if she was filing her finger nails in between to give you the impression that something is being checked. :rolleyes: :D

I thought sometimes to save the chats because e.g. i would talk twice to the same agent within a few hours and the solution was still: "empty cookies/cache, try different browser, restart laptop." WTF?? :eek: :rolleyes:

But as i said, we gamblers are a patient lot and casinos know that. I started this thread as i was sure i can't be the only one and it really helped to let it all out for once. Quite a few reps have read the thread but nobody has actually posted something to maybe explain a few of these occurrences. Does that mean they just don't know either or rather don't want to talk about it? :rolleyes:

The only one who contacted me from his own initiative was Karl from Bet-at, so kudos to him for at least reacting. He also sent me that excerpt from the MGS manual. Was actually hoping some CM'ers could explain those API things though.

Well, don't know what to say really.

Today a 5hr session at Bet-AT and all smooth sailing. Just unbelievable considering the mess earlier this week and the last months. :rolleyes:

Question is now whether this thread helped or did they indeed make some changes. :confused:

I know Karl/ Bet-at has been looking into it (the only one who contacted me to try and help :thumbsup: ) but have not had any message that something has been adjusted or changed.
