    This will be my template/header for my future posts until i have heard and seen that some considerable effort has been made to find a solution for the problems we as players must endure every day.

    CM'ers copy this template into your posts as well. It is about time casinos/game providers start to listen to us!!!

    I will start right now and cut my monthly gaming budget of 4-5,000$ by a factor 5 to under 1'000$/month. My usual deposits are 100 - 250$, those will be now 20-50$.

    If nothing happens in the near future i will start an online petition for fellow players to join and stop playing at all online casinos for at least 1 week or even longer. Maybe that is the wake up call this industry needs to finally start looking for a solution. Yes, casino manager/game providers, I am serious about this!

    Just to give you an impression what i mean, this is my experience from yesterday:

    - Next - 2.5hrs, 14 disconnections/game errors
    - Videoslots - 1hr 15mins, 4 disconnections/game errors
    - Bet-at - 3hrs, 9 disconnections/game errors
    - Rizk - 1 hr, 4 endless spinning reels (MG), 1 game error (Netent)

    That is roughly 8 hours and 32 problems, hence on average never more than 15mins or 150 spins of uninterrupted play!

    As much as I dont enjoy game errors and lag, I wont be joining in your boycott (I dont see many affiliates enjoying the idea either).

    As to CS and stock responses, there's a reason they ask those questions..because not everyone is tech savvy and yes, sometimes internet connections lag and drop, mutiple devices in one home arebogging the connection, caches get full, yes, different browsers work better if theyre not updated, have different settings, havent caught up to the gaming standards and even have conflicting flash programmes, and yes,restarting sometimes helps as there's programmes running in the background. CS is doing what theyre trained to do - look for easy fixes. They're CS, not tech deptartment.

    And sometimes it's servers, sometimes the site is wonky, and sometimes it's the game provider. Frontline CS isnt always clued in to what the problem is, hence asking the standard Qs.


    Game crashes suck. It happens. But you are right on one thing - if you arent happy where you play, talk with your wallet and play elsewhere.

    I can honestly say I've played at all of those and never had any game errors of any sort.
    Have you cleared your cache and checked your internet connection is OK?

    Same here Harry, i noticed over the past years, that either some Casino's have severe issues (like the Everymatrix issue not too long ago), and then you'll see several posts or threads about it, and further they do seem to be isolated incidents, sometimes specific to Geo locations, sometimes specific to Casino and customer connections..

    I can count those incidents on one hand for me personally..
    The only issue that seems to affect me from time to time, is when i play on 'busy times' where i may get delays in my spins, but all other issues are close to none.

    I prevent the above by mostly playing in the middle of the night, and that does help a lot in terms of frequency:)

    I am pretty sure it is Geo location related.

    You all can be happy that your play is much more smooth than mine. :)

    I lost now countless times 2, 3, 4K in one day with just plain horror sessions. Too many times. :mad:

    Just wanted to express my frustration, don't expect anything to come off it. It is clear to me that casinos and game providers won't give a toss about what i am posting.

    Hahahaha Harry,your OP made my day and I can fully understand you.
    The sheer frustration of those error messages.
    And one wonders how on earth these occur so much in a multi million dollar industry.

    In my experience Microgaming is by far the worst.
    Their last slots releases were sh*t and they don't really seem to care to upgrade their servers either.
    Any casino I play MGS slots have the same issue,the 30 seconds reel spins or at least very long spins until the reels finally stop.
    So that is not an accident,it happens in each session I play on any given casino with MGS slots.

    SG Interactive/WMS can be bad too sometimes.


    Netent / Play n Go / Novomatic / Barcrest / Bally etc etc etc play fine for me.

    Knew this thread was on its way, in fact I'm surprised it took you so long lol :p

    Not so sure about the geo relation but won't dismiss it either mate, I play at those casinos among others and have encountered, maybe not as many but as you are fully aware during our many rants, I do get more than my fair share of these problems.

    AYK my PC although not the 'all singing, all dancing' is fairly new and capable, Internet connection fine, works for work, emails, CM etc why not the casinos.

    Had lots of laggy spins again last night at Guts on Immortal Romance, combined with tiredness forced a cash out I would not have usually made so although a tiny impact goes against the grain from a casinos point of view, something which I feel could 'snowball' if as you say they don't 'Get their Shit together' :thumbsup:

    In order to be heard by these operators it would have to be a combined effort by most if not all players, certainly the experienced members here on CM as starters.

    It is advisable to simply cease playing at a particularly poor casino, but far better if we all gravitated towards one or two that actually provide that seamless gameplay. Casinos will not only notice the dropoff from their business but in their eyes seeing everyone flock towards one of their rivals will definitely make them take notice.

    It's never going to get addressed if players put up with a bad service and deposit there regardless. These companies know that gamblers are a curious breed and unlike most. We often overlook poor service in order to get that 'fix', so why would they bother forking out thousands to better their site(s) if we all shuffle along like sheep slot zombies! :eek:

    Harry, that says it all right there.

    You have one option and one option only - to stop depositing, period. You will not garner support here for any kind of boycott. I know that sounds harsh but read on:

    I tried repeatedly to draw attention to very serious problems and inconsistencies regarding the Pay-2-Card RTG mess via this forum and was subtly mocked, discredited, and dressed down.

    So....I shut up and quit depositing. Not. One. Cent.

    I suspect that you will come to the same conclusions that I have - that any action taken against certain casinos would step on too many toes. So just stop depositing. Right now. Today. Quit.

    After a few rather unpleasant days:(, the scales will fall from your eyes and you will realize how freeing it is. Just try it, friend.

    To the OP, who's obviously a noob, here a some tips:

    Are all the cables attached to your computer/ router?

    Have you reset your router? Just push the little button at the back for about 10 seconds and wait for reboot

    Are you using the correct hand when depositing? This can have significant bearing on how the casino responds to your session

    Have you tried turning everything on, then off, then on again?

    Can you rub your belly and pat your head simultaneously?

    i had one error at Videoslots thats it,
    so dunno why you are experince so many errors :(

    @Lotusch.... good to hear i made you laugh....that is one of the reason i posted it. Although a serious and costly issue, for me at least, it is always better when we can still laugh about it :D

    @Jon ... i was told on 2 occasions by 2 different casinos that the problems i encountered were geo-location related as they use multiple servers to handle the bet requests.

    One was when the VS server thought i am suddenly logging in from the US, whereas 1 hr earlier i was playing from my home IP, went for a Starbucks Latte and tried to log back in from the same laptop, same IP address. As if i can travel from TH to the US in 1hr :rolleyes: ...Of course then the usual CS "spiel" with their suggestions on how to solve the problem, which surely it didn't. The second day I was then told there is a problem with one of their servers and it affects players in certain regions, hence i was not the only one. Another day later i was able to log in again.

    Second was at CL/Next, horrible horrible session that i actually contacted Eric. He told me a little later that one of their servers was having issues affecting certain regions in the world but fixed now. It worked then again normal.

    So it seems to me that i drew the short straw and i'm playing via the bad and faulty servers :rolleyes:

    @Ebeedog .... Trust me, i will stop if this continues. I have already cut my budget to a fifth of the usual monthly amount and will deposit far less and that in smaller amounts. I also know that my actions/protests will not lead to anything useful nor will the casinos/game providers suddenly jump into action just because a player like me is protesting a little on a forum. :rolleyes:

    My post was also meant to bring some humor and laughter to the forum. :D

    @Goatie .... you were, are and always will be the funniest poster at CM. :thumbsup: :D

    I just did all you suggested in your post, additionally i went onto the balcony and let go of a big scream (lots of scared Thai girls now), flushed my teeth with a magical whiskey, danced the famous German "Ententanz", asked a voodoo witch to cleanse my house, especially laptop and internet router and cut my finger nails to go softer on the keys and mouse. :D :D ....all to no avail :eek:

    There you go, 18 minutes into the session playing my cashback. Nicely from 170 to 300 ....then BAM.

    And from here it will only go downhill, never ever managed to increase my balance the soon these errors happen.

    Yesterday:
    - Next from 120 --> 600 in short time, after first disconnection down to zero with countless more errors, each bonus round 100's of spins apart and never paying more than 20x bet.
    - VS from 200 --> 450 quickly, first error, down to 350 in no time with a few more errors....cashed out and stopped frustrated
    - BA --> 260 --> 370 within first 50 spins, disconnections, down to zero in no time and another 950 pumped in for good measure and no improvement whatsoever, stopped totally frustrated
    - Rizk --> 50 + 50 --> going OK after 35minutes still at starting balance, then errors and down to zero with not a single 5OAK or bonus round.

    And i have gotten so cautious that i only have Chrome opened when slotting with a single tab of course, don't do anything else. Just can't understand why it is happening. :eek: :mad:

    Can somebody explain to me what that error has to do with my cookies, cache and all the other stuff CS is telling me to do on every occasion i ask. :confused: :rolleyes:
