Error free session number 3 just now at VS, total 4hrs. And i watched F1 at the same time like last week, even played a free battle in a second window, no issues whatsoever.

Well, don't know what to say really.

Today a 5hr session at Bet-AT and all smooth sailing. Just unbelievable considering the mess earlier this week and the last months. :rolleyes:

Question is now whether this thread helped or did they indeed make some changes. :confused:

I know Karl/ Bet-at has been looking into it (the only one who contacted me to try and help :thumbsup: ) but have not had any message that something has been adjusted or changed.

Don't be silly Harry m'boy! I doubt very much that a few dissenting voices on CM have started a casino revolution, more likely that they've just made things run smoother for a bit to give a false impression and let this die down (pass me the tinfoil, dear!)

When in reality the're pissing themselves laughing over our misfortune and our need to keep accepting this lame duck they call 'service' :mad:

Printouts of our profile pics are lined up in their cafeteria so that darts can get chucked at it I'd wager :mad::mad:

Not one rep has come out to admit that the cookies and cache 'problem' is just a load of bollocks that get churned out to apportion blame to the user. I'd respect that, but of course it'll never happen.

In Saskatchewan, Canada, play daily for years can't remember ever having any of these errors on videoslots or anywhere! I am a computer tech and must say we have very reliable service here. But yes, these errors described here don't seem to be user or internet provider ones, so strange yet so glad I don't get them.
 
Been playing alot this week at videoslots all through one deposit last weekend and had no errors at all.

Some games are a bit laggy at times but id say its my old laptop lol.

Never managed a withdrawal but got a few withdrawals elsewhere so been a good week all in. Spending money for Belfast this weeks all paid for thanks to casinos :D

Of course, what am I talking about. We should be happy that games chug along because it quadruples our playtime. A £20 deposit can last for days!!

Now that's value for money. Please operators, make games run terribly for our wallets!! :eek:

Didn't you know it's the weather causing all these disconnections and lagging, when it's hot it disconnects and when it's cold runs smooth as ;)

Or maybe it's the other way around lol
 
I get the persons frustration who starting this Topic, but it is not something I am going to join in on sorry...

The staff have formalities and scripts I guess ? they need to follow, and are only doing their jobs when they mention cookies and all the rest to do/try and blah blah..

Lag/Disconnections errors etc are annoying regardless when they happen. Guess nothing is perfect I guess.

Here is the thing.
I have been looking on information about these specific MGS errors through search engines like Google.
I can see these issues have been around for more than a decade now as I have seen reports as early as 2004 about MGS errors.

Personally I cannot understand how a company this big and with probably revenue numbers in the millions of dollars cannot provide a stable gaming client / environment.

This week I played at 3 different casino's and on all 3 occasions I was bombarded by ERROR 0 disconnections.
Besides that the usual 15 second reel spins and a few times I even got disconnected in the middle of a FS session.
It is toe bending and it completely destroys my appetite to play any MGS slot.

Years and years of complaints from both players and casino's who offer MGS games have seemingly not triggered Microgaming to finally work on these issues.
They think it is fine as it is.

Well it ISN'T.

Actually this week it was so bad that I nearly destroyed my keyboard.
That is how bad of a temper these issues can give a player I suppose.

And I would like to give some kudo's to the casino's that have to put up with the daily complaints about these neverending errors that occur.
I sincerely think it is not on their end because it appears at nearly every casino that offers their games.

Many topics have been opened about this, many players experience the same problems yet Microgaming places a big turd on our heads not really give a shite.

So I guess the only answer would be for people to completely ignore MGS and play games from other providers.

I have never ever had so much problems with any other games out there.
Netent and WMS run flawless for me 99% of the time.
Same goes for Play n Go, NYX, ELK, Ygdrassil, Novomatic, Ash Gaming and other providers I might have not mentioned.

It is a big issue within Microgaming structure and they are the only ones who can improve this but it seems they do not have it on top of the list.

I find that really really bad.

The best part is, when getting 'Error 0' we're told to contact the 'Casino Help Desk'. This comprises of clueless chat agents that have copy & paste responses to the problem.

Same thing with 'Error 8' etc....they give you the same answer every time! I'd love to chat with these clowns about the intricate differences of Error 0 and Error 8 and press them about an answer as to how they differ and how clearing my cookies and cache remedies supposedly different types of errors.

These notifications are useless and serve no purpose at all. MG don't seem to give a hoot about rectifying their server problems, I mean why bother now when us lot have been moaning about it for 12 years+? They know that we'll carry on regardless.

Bit like London Transport. We love to moan about how farcical it is but meekly shuffle onto those trains everyday, knowing that nothing is ever going to change and that terrible service is acceptable! :mad:
