Hello,

Earlier today i started a Double10 tourney when my table window suddenly jumped out of the display borders and stayed there, though i even tried to use keyboard for moving it. And the window just kept bouncing back out of the border. So when i called the support asking a clear question on what's problem with that i've got a bunch of countering questions like: do you want to see your game history? What my question and my problem would do with my game history? So during the chat i opened another double10 game and pointed to it again, and got a brilliant answer: "try reinstalling your client". Awesome.
 
It is a open secret that the ipoker software is the not the best and especially the support is at almost all ipoker rooms a disaster. The support of William Hill and Bet365 is fine all other no comment.....

The ipoker software became much better in the last years but still not my favourite if i compare it with other rooms and networks.
