Anyone played there? I just won 20 000 NOK and i wanted to WD my money, but apparentley there are no WD methods avalible. CS telling me i need to WD with the same method i deposited. Well i used Fundsend to deposite as that was one of their options. But u cant cash out trough fundsend, so i asked for bank transfer, but no they telling me i can Wd with the same method i used for depositing.

Now, why oh why.... Its not my fault that i cant wd trough one of the deposite methods they provide. No what do i do? I want my money...

On and on... Ive been chatting with this person for over an hour now....

I diddent wnt to go public with this but, this is just awful, why cant they just manually fix my WD?

UPDATE: Just talked with them on the phone, same bs, says i can deposite with my visa since there are no gaming restrictions in my country.. WELLL NEWS FLASH there ARE restrictions in my country, that why i used fundsend... So basicly i cant withdraw my money... Im baffled...Never seen anything like this in my life

I think Fred is playing a bit of a dummy here...I read the chat and I think you made it very clear what the error message is and also that you cannot select VISA as withdrawal option...
I think they should just do a bank xfer for you...
Doesn't seem too hard to get that done me thinks?

Thanks for the advice, Fred, you sure are helpful. I'm sure the casino is real scared that you'll hit 'em big as you churn through your money on 5 slots at once.

As others have suggested, try sending an email and maybe someone else can be more useful, but ultimately you might end up having to make a small deposit with another method (if possible) just so you can withdraw. (Don't know exactly how trustworthy this casino is in general though.)

I guess the CS is putting up that kind of BS, because making things as slow and hard as possible, to increase the chance that players play back their money rather than withdraw.

Common sense says that if casino is on Not Recommended list because of predatory progressive terms, they might also have other stuff that makes it unnecessarily hard for players to withdraw, and encourages them to play their money rather than withdraw. One kind of unethical behavior is indication that there is likely to be other kind of unethical behavior also. So do not play on Not Recommended casinos, better to boycott them.
 
Hope you somehow can sort this out and do not succumb to the urge of playing with that money, cos that's what the casino wants....!!

Played on titan a long time ago and gradually stopped due to some brainless CS and extreme long payment processing....
 
Ended up blowing it all.. I tried calling them, email and chat.. They just made up difrent bullshit all over, so i ended up losing it all back..

My own fault, but im never playing there again, i have never ever seen such bad CS. Its was pretty obvious that they where just giving me the runaround. Also when i was talking to them on the phone it was pretty obvious the person was just reading from a manuscript. It was like he diddent understand what i was saying at all.. He answered my questions saying stuff that diddent make any sence. Same with the chat it was like he was just playing stupid.

One crazy thing tough. Before i won i lost a couple of deposites and wanted to close my account, but this FRED person asked what games ive been playing and so on.. Stating that i was now a Bronze VIP and should try those games again.. I know they where just duping me into another deposite but i tought can it really be so sick that i might win? Sure enough 500 NOK turned into 20 000 NOK. He was telling me that i would win and i won... Seriuosly maybe that whole casino is rigged lol...

I was actually telling my girlfriend if i that im going to make one last small deposite just because he is promising that im going to win, just to prove its rigged loll.. Crazy..

I think various Playtech casinos all share the same CS pool like some MG groups do, because I recognize that sort of chat-nonsense from my time at Playtech, including once being told 'if I gambled with negative expectations I would lose, and had to believe I would win'. Hey - try and CLOSE a Playtech account and they will persist and persist with offers of NDB's etc. It takes ages, until you exhaust all the offers and they give up.

well....I can understand that the casino frustrated the hell out of you and you just wanted to get it over with.....but would have been awsome if you'd somehow held your own......anyways good luck and hopefully your next win is cashed out without any issues......
 
It isn't rigged. Some casinos just instruct their CS to lie to get player to spend as much as possible

That's a lie. Having several games open does not increase your changes of winning, in all likelihood it just increases the rate you are spending your money.

Fred_VIP lying again. Your Bronze VIP level or the games you had played had nothing do with your chances of winning, he just wanted you to get to spend more.

Well.. After i blew it all back they sent me a mail saying one of the scans i sent them to verify my account werent good enugh.. So i just replied: Go f*** yourself and close my account. And they didd lmao :thumbsup:
