I recived 10eu free bonus through this site: *snip*
It clearly says 35x playthrough and cashible, Ive had 2.2 euro left and I hit the maxi jackpot of about 1550 euro so I throught I had to wager another 350 to have met wager requirments ive won some more and Got to 1860 euros, I then thought fuck it lets play on 4 euro bet till 1500, so I played and played until I withdrawl 1491 euros, after a few days its denied because they say I havent met wager requirments they say it had a 100x playthrough and I only could bet maximum 30% of my deposits it says in the T&C so I replied that I did not deposit but had 10 free Bonus but that didnt count I had to keep playing below 3.33 to meet requirments of withdrawl but I thought it was 35x like it says on the site. So In my mind I did play at least 400 euro (40×) before playing higher then 3.33 but they wont budge. Can anyone please help me get my winnings cause they cancelled the withdrawl and removed all of it from my account!
