Also before I would increase my betting I would also get confirmation from live chat that wagering was complete.


Maybe its me but if I had a balance of $7k and wagering to complete I would be checking the wagering requirements multiple times over. I certainly wouldn't be nonchalant and make assumptions.

no its not silly believe me inhave been working in the industry for 7 years. We r even located 5 min far from each other from their office. And if the amount of deposit was more then 7 k they will pay it out in 2 minutes. When intry to contact i get the same answers. First of all if you are going to congiscate why would you leave 633 euros and take the rest its either or. Probably not, but I personally think it should be explained why some of his bets weren't counted towards the wagering. Also if he is in a country where the T&C's said 20 euro then that would be cause for complaint too.
