Let me preface by saying I always read the T&C and I would never try to beat the system. That is not who I am. I'm not a large better and don't use a lot of bonuses but I deposit and play frequently.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Triple Seven Casino. I made a deposit and utilized one of their welcome bonuses. It was great, I had fun (even though the reels spins are very choppy). Never made it through the playthrough but had a good time.

While waiting for my bitcoin purchase to be available I decided to play the $77 free chip against my better judgment (I don't typically use free chips). I read all the rules, knew what to expect with regard to playthrough and maximum cashout, etc. Played a good deal then I hit a random jackpot. After I wiped away my tears I proceeded to just get through the playthrough and withdraw my maximum $100, make a new deposit, start fresh.

As I played through the last $70 or so I reached the playthrough. Important to note that my balance within the game did not change, it wasn't until I exited the slot that I realized my balance was $67ish. When I hit my playthrough the software immediately removed all my winnings and put my balance at $100 but I continued to play a few spins which resulted in the lower amounts.

I took a screenshot of my account balances showing "withdrawable amount" as $67 and change, playthrough 0, bonus 0. Transaction history shows that $1500+ was removed, "coupon reversed". I tried to withdraw the $67 as there was no point in my playing further and risk hitting something else. I sent through the verification documents and requested the withdrawal. That's when my troubles really began.

I received an email from support telling me my withdrawal was rejected, I needed to send verification documents. I forwarded them a second time. Once approved I initiated another withdrawal. Again I received an email telling me my withdrawal was rejected as it was not over $77 so once the bonus was removed there was nothing to withdraw.

To make an already long story short, I went back and forth with support on this issue. I provided them with all the screenshots. They had already removed over $1500 from my account and now they want to remove another $77, essentially double-dipping. They pointed out to me the T&C that stated bonuses/coupons would be removed when a withdrawal was requested. I pointed out to them they had already removed this when I hit my playthrough and their same T&C say that winnings/coupons will be removed when a withdrawal is requested, not when a playthrough is reached. With that logic they should have left me with $177 instead of $100. It also doesn't explain why my withdrawable amount was $67 and my playthrough/bonus remaining was 0.

During all this reading T&C and arguing with support I also noticed that unlike all the other casinos I play, their comp points are not cash, they are casino credits and likewise subject to a maximum withdrawal and large playthrough. I decided I was done arguing and asked them to close my account.

This was a very frustrating experience and I do not feel I was treated fairly but I'm chalking it up to live and learn. They made out very well, getting to keep a random jackpot in addition to not paying my whopping $67.

Hi @AnnaNigma

Thank you very much for taking the time to check us out and also for providing us with some constructive feedback, we very much appreciate it.
Having read your comments and looking at this particular promotion I can understand that this can lead to confusion in regards to what can be cashed out.

While it does specifically say in our terms and conditions that all bonus chips will be removed, (All bonuses are non-redeemable. You may withdraw any profit made by wagering the bonus chips, but the bonus chips themselves will be removed when your withdrawal is processed) we understand that in the context of the promotion this can cause confusion into the actual amount that can be withdrawn.

I have sat down with the management team and we will be working with the promotion team and marketing team to ensure that bonuses like this come across as clear and concise as possible and that players can fully understand how much they can withdraw.

Once again thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is feedback from valued members of Casinomeister that help us ensure we can provide a fun and fair experience for all.

Thanks for the heads up. I thought I might try them out, but if they're one of these casinos then no thanks. I've had my own trouble and misery with casinos in the past that automatically just instantly remove the bonus when playthrough is completed. I had it on autospin and suddenly when looking at my balance the bonus had been removed and I had lost half of the 100 euros that was max withdrawal and they also had a minimum withdrawal amount of 50 euros.

Convoluted T&C's get me running the other way. Life is too short to play at these places.

Least they could do is pay you the full 100. I mean it's enough of a kick in the stomach when you have to forfeit a random jackpot. Well, guess they don't want your custom there anymore.

Hi @perunamies

As mentioned in my earlier response we have looked at the feedback provided by @AnnaNigma and agree that the Ts & Cs and wording of this offer can lead to confusion hence why we have reviewd it and will be making changes.

We are open to having a dialogue with players to ensure we are doing things right. If we are informed of a bonus or any other factor of the casino seeming confusing or convoluted then we encourage players to get in touch so we can look at it.

Kindest regards,

Lol I wasn't confused over the T&C at all. I knew I couldn't withdraw the bonus and wasn't trying to. The confusion came when you removed everything above the $100, showed my balance as withdrawable, and then then proceeded to want to remove it a second time. Making T&C "more clear/concise" does nothing to amend this shady practice. Why remove anything when a playthrough has been met? It's not necessary and detracts from the player experience.

I have talked to support at a couple other RTG casinos I frequent since this experience and they informed me they do not remove anything until withdrawal is requested. Going so far as to say "have fun with it as long as you want, just know when cash-out time comes this is what you get". Had my balance not been wiped when my playthrough was reached I would have requested the withdrawal and the appropriate amounts would have been removed/paid.

The fact that comp points are treated as bonuses kind of sours me as well so good luck to you all. I've found another RTG through here that I love so that's where I'll be spending my BTC.

Hi @AnnaNigma

Like I mentioned we will be reviewing the process and wording of the bonus so it is clear as to what the actual amount that can be withdrawn is. This may result in us not only changing the wording but also the process that removing a bonus does not impact the withdrawal amount stated.

We have already communicated this to the relevant teams and the changes will start to be made over the next few days.

Once again, thank you, for bringing this to our attention.

Kindest regards
