If you haven't seen this it's an excellent summary of the European/UK/white label licensing issues and tells you why there has been an exodus of sites going to Malta from the UK/Gibraltar. When you read for example more technical posts from VWM and others and need a reference it is great. It explains the mass of brokering and negotiations that are done behind the scenes, and explains why something has to be done about offshore licensing.

It is good, a little dated now though as we know how the new UK licence will be imposed and have a reasonably firm Point of Consumption tax proposal.
