Does anyone know if Thisisvegas Casino (Rival powered) accepts Netspend deposits ? I played the $11 freebie a couple days ago and absolutely love this casino . Was hoping to try the 100 % initial deposit bonus but Netspend Visa is my only deposit option. Thanks !

I used my visa debit, Im not gonna play there anymore though. I played there about 4 times without any cashout and my money doesnt last that long. You may have better luck though!

.....

Thank you, Babs. I was down to one dollar off the $11 freebie, wagering one cent a line on that Scary Rich game , got the bonus and somehow won $128.:eek2: A few spins later, the same thing happened again. Ran that one dollar into almost $400 within minutes betting .20 a spin. Of course there is a $110 max withdrawal but I still found it amazing. I can't wait to try them out again.

Thats awesome!! You gotta love when that happen. I did the same at another casino when I was down to 3 cents LOL...I ended up cashing out for $100

Good Luck!

Deposited $25 for their 200% promo with 50x wagering requirement. Expected to bust but had good wins and cashed out $200.:D:D

I rolled the minimum $0.15 and 0.20 for all the slots but got features for all the slots. Once had 90 free spins for Cleopatra's coins but it only gave a super low payout. Others were more generous with Atomic Age and Metal Detector givng me the bigger wins. I think I did not lose on any of the 10+ slots except scary rich.

I'm not even Irish...

I do noting but win at TIV, just cashed out $150 off thier FREE $15 chip. Also, have won at Cocao and Paridise 8. I only play Scary Rich and Fantasy Fortune at $.60 per spin. I still havve not got the three wilds on the bonus round on Scary Rich. Maybe I'll get them tonight.

To John @ This Is Vegas...

John, what is this email about that you guys sent me yesterday evening after I tried to make a deposit at your casino and it came up and said that my deposit had been rejected internally after I had already used my MC credit card the previous day successfully to make a deposit,,,what is this BS about ???

Dear XXXXXX,

You've recently attempted to deposit at thisisvegas with your account XXXXXX. This deposit was automatically prevented by the casino to ensure your account security. This card may have been used by another account, and to ensure the safety of your purchases we must verify the card owner.
Before we can process further deposits, we require a copy of a government issued ID as well as a scan of the front and back of your credit card(s) that you'd like to use. This measure ensures the security of your account.

These documents can be scanned and emailed in JPG format to [email protected] or faxed to (866) 362-2864.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Customer Support
thisisvegas

This measure ensures the security of my account is total BS when you have a disgruntled employee quit or get fired and then they run off with my info,,,yes it's happened recently to a lot of players,,,actually last year...I will not mention where right now or post the mail I got regarding that incident just yet...

My card was never used by no other account and you know that...I've used it one time at your casino the other night and my other deposits were with QT and I never received any email like this when I used QT and I can post a screenshot pic of the cashier screen showing this...so why now,,,why this BS, if you're concerned about who the hell I am...ask Casinomeister or Enzo, they know me...this is ridiculous,,,

This is probably the first time in three years that I have been asked to send in copies of my docs...I've been playing at 3Dice now for around 6 months and have done tons of deposits and withdrawals and never once been asked for any documentation,,,also about two weeks ago I signed up at INetBet...made a deposit and also did a cashout and was never asked for any docs,,,so why do you need copies of the front and back of my MC for?? and also a copy of my drivers license for ??? What the hell is all this BS about really ?

Do you want my business or not ?? It's really that simple man...

Talk about fast service....The above post has already been resolved by John @ "This is Vegas" and I need to say Thank You to him for this Great Service, an automatic system block because of my middle initial only, John @ "This is Vegas" and Enzo @ 3Dice are setting new standards in how their customers receive "Customer Service" that is above and beyond anything that I have seen so far over the past ten years of online gaming...these guys are for real and hopefully will be around for a long time...Thanks again John !!

Looks to me as if this is another false-positive...

I use AdAware, and Microgaming would constantly show up as "bad". It got to the point where I had to put all MG casinos on the ignore list.

Ok, how is it everyone else needs fax back docs for withdrawal at iNetBet but you, what are we doing or at least me wrong? Thanks

TIV

Does anyone know how long an ACH withdrawal takes at this casino ? My wife and I have had a withdrawal pending for three weeks and still no progress. The support stated it generally takes 10-15 days but we're going on 20 now.
Maybe we should have went the QT method but we were trying to avoid the big fees associated with Quick Tender.

Drop John a line via PM Link Outdated / Removed with pertinent info and let him look into it for you.

Good luck.

A serious advantage in playing at thisisvegas is definitely john's accesibility here. In fact, my pm to him a few minutes ago was answered just now, lol. i'm a little concerned as well about the withdrawal time for ach, but it doesn't bother me as much since i know john pretty much will take care of everything if there is an issue, and my withdrawals are now flushable so that helps a lot too. as for my deposits, i don't win all the time, but my play time and level of enjoyment has been very exceptional. i think as soon as i have my qt set up, my withdrawals should be much more efficient.

ACH typically takes closer to 15 business days (not just days so it's a real pain). I do my best to try to get people to switch to QuickTender. If anybody is waiting for any ACH payment just send me a pm and I will look into your account and see what I can do. I have someone else who did ACH withdrawal on the 6th and they are still waiting but it actually isn't 15 business days yet, that should be done by Thursday but I did them a favor on their account. I know some players had commented that if we really wanted to pay faster we would, truth to that regarding ACH is once the wire is initiated on our end it is up to the payment processing company to do their job and it unfortunately does take 15 business days. We have no problems paying in 48 hours to Quicktender but it is in my best interest to listen to players and keep them happy. I can't please everyone but I can certainly take the time to listen and do my best, you guys have been a big help!

As for fees associated with Quicktender they are annoying but I think I have done a few things to try to nullify them out. You only get fees on depositing and withdrawing from QuickTender but not the deposits/cashins to the casino itself. On any given month a player gets who knows how much in no deposit bonuses and I have setup a 25% party bonus which you can claim for all deposits. This bonus replaces the 15% payment processor bonus which was designed for that purpose. You just cannot combine the bonuses like combine 25% and a 100% bonus on one deposit. It is a 25% bonus up to $250 and you can claim it as many times as you want as long as you are a bonus eligible player.

Fees are bad for players yes, but the 25% party bonus should do more to compensate for that.

In the meantime keep an eye out for an email at the end of the month from the casino. thisisvegas gets to celebrate 2 years of being live and everyone is invited to the Birthday Bash.

:what:

Wow, what a processor. I routinely get ACH payments (work related) within 4 working days. Heck, one can even get a check from most casinos within 15 business days.

Now don't get me wrong, but does this 25% party bonus have WR attached to it? If so, how does this make up for the outrageous withdrawal fees associated with QT? We're paying out cold hard cash to get our money, but getting a bonus with strings attached to compensate for it? If there's no strings attached, then just ignore this paragraph. ;)
Just my 2c...

well that ACH is work related and not gaming related. If anybody knows of a gaming company that pays faster to US players let me know. I think 15 business days is brutal myself to be honest but that's why I would encourage other processors like QuickTender or ewalletXpress instead.

Yes there are wagering terms on the bonus but I don't think they are much and an improvement from the 15% payment processor bonus which I believe was slots only. New terms are 7x deposit (or 6x(deposit+bonus)) on slots and 28x for table games. Either way 25% is the lowest bonus you could get at thisisvegas for your deposits. I can't exactly offer cash straight up because I am not going to want to know how often you make deposits or cashins to your bank account from the payment processor to know the total fees you are paying and I also can't have a bonus sitting there for abuse. It is 10% more than before with less wagering restrictions and I did this because some players were not happy about some of the processor fees.

John

John,
I notice your location says Canada. How come ThisIsVegas doesn't have Instadebit? I have been using it for over a year now and its the best deposit/withdrawal option for us Canadians.(Which of course is just my own opinion)

Just a suggestion, but I know for a couple other sites they basically reimburse you for whatever fees you incur by making a deposit. You just have to show them what those fees were. Perhaps the same could be done for withdrawals, with proper documentation.

Without trying to sound too redundant, 3Dice consistently pays USA players in under a week via check, and around the same time frame for wire transfers. My last withdrawal from grand mondial took about a week for ACH.

ACH is not 100% work related. There are gaming companies that offer ACH as well.

Here's the main differences in ACH and wire transfers:

Also, the ACH network, in accordance with NACHA operating rules, offers the ability to reclaim stop pay, reinitiate, reverse or return transmitted or already released transactions. A wire transfer is irrevocable.

So basically the only real differences between ACH and wire transfers is that you can rescind an ACH transfer, but not a wire.

And, whatever Processor it is that 3Dice uses can get the "Wire Transfer" to your bank account in three days from initial cashin, I know,,, I have tested it a couple of times !!

Did I miss something?

Why not ?? I thought others were...

Rob,
I don't know from what I read seems only ACH is how they send? Unless you have QT account. I would like to know though, it seems John from TIV is known here, curious, why TIV isn't on Bryan's accredited list casinos and why are people playing there if not? I would be afraid if anything went wrong. Now, if I'm wrong on all accounts I'm blaming it on a blonde moment I am having sorry. :o

No they are not on the accredited list but John spends a lot of time in here and he always is really good about taking care of his customers concerns...why don't you send him a private message and ask him about withdrawing to Netspend,, although if it were me, I would just do my withdrawals to QT and then they can have it "Wire Transferred" into your bank account in as few as three days...Just ask John if he can send you a QT invite...

That's why I'm curious as to why TIV is not on accredited list what does it take to be on that list do you know? I already was invited for QT. I personally just don't trust it, that's just me. I don't think I will play there anyway because I tend to only play at Bryan's list of accredited casinos just in case. Nothing against TIV because it seems John is great and hopefully this casino will be on list soon so I can enjoy their casino! ;)

There are several steps of the approval process that the Meister makes sure the casino has passed and one of those is software testing to make sure it is playing a fair game...QT on the other hand is one of the best options right now for quick , safe and secure "Wire Transfers"...I have used it for probably a year and a half now I guess and it has always proved to be very reliable...I've never had any problems so far...

John is by far the most professional online casino manager I have dealt with...honesty,integrity,knowledgable and strong character are just a few of John's strength's in my opinion...I am not saying this because I have won at TIV as despite my couple of nice runs, the facts are I have had some very bad beats and I am a net loser...despite this John is most helpful and understands how a casino should be run including player retention...I sense (as I only observe and I am not privy to anything more than I have observed) John became a key employee at an organization where change would be for the better and I believe and have seen John recognized this need for change and has started to implement much change for the better (he also has an open door policy imo with wanting to know how his patrons feel and what his patrons think and need to have an enjoyable online gaming experience). That said, he needs some time to implement his complete business plan for all parties imo... TIV has shot up the charts very rapidly on this forum as well as the player community...Give John some additional time to fully execute his business plan and you will see more positive change in the future...John has talent as the old saying goes!!!:thumbsup:

I've experienced the same and have also noticed his "open door policy." I would even go as far to say that if John wasn't at thisisvegas, i wouldn't play at any rivals period just because i'd be upset they let him leave. He definitely understands the importance of player satisfaction and retention. IMHO of course. ;) and from the looks of it, that goes for both high rollers (nash) and low rollers (me), lol.:D

I have made a few deposits at ThisIsVegas an have not had any luck at all
but I find that John seems to care for the players
Whenever there is a issue how ever minor it is he is right here on top of it
an not leaving players wondering where their cashout's are like some
casino's do

He ask for your opinion an takes it into account sounds like another
casino rep I used to know before they ventured beyond a certain chat room
an havent even bothered to reply to a players frantic post here
tsk tsk

this is my opinion an mine only

One thing I like about John is that he doesnt mind people complaining about TIV in this forum. He tackles the issues head-on and if the casino is wrong, he apologises, make amends and ensures that they dont occur again. For other casino reps who are reading this, please do not openly say that we should not be posting our bad experiences here and should only PM instead. Resolving issues at a private level does not mean there wont be others that are affected. We should openly discuss the problems so that casinos can improve instead of them always taking remedial action after blunders have occurred.

I feel a few of the Rival casinos will be on the accredited list real soon. My personal experience has been nothing but great ( Simon Says, TIV and Divinci are my favs) Lately Rival has been getting all my gambling money and have been doing quite well :D So I for one hope they get accredited soon because that would be the cherry on top of my gambling sundae.

Ok, John from TIV for president! sorry but this thread is turning into what seems like a nomination for just that President. lol We get the picture everyone loves John!! lol
Are you making a political joke since John is from Canada??,lol....Obama did not know that Canada does not have a President as Obama not once but on two occasions referred to the Prime Minister of Canada as the President of Canada, gotta love political satire Lisa;)

No comments about the politics but the Prime Minister of Canada seems to be doing all he can to help Hillary's campaign.

Back to the topic at hand thanks for all the comments everyone. Sometimes it is difficult to answer certain questions but at the end of the day I find those things usually don't stress me, otherwise I would disappear. I just think feedback is key for any company or organization but I appreciate the help on your end and I am truly learning a lot.

I do want to let everyone know I am attending CAC Amsterdam to meet affiliates, industry reps and player advocates as well. I am gone from April 1st to the 8th but I should still be checking emails and the forum daily. I just might not have the time to write out longer posts but anything urgent will still be taken care of.
