The latest is that he is stablized which is a shock because a rifle to the neck is not good and he blead out very bad.

I have hit the bullseye a couple of times in a row from similar distances using a normal hunting rifle, and with very little experience.
Considering this is in USA where there are a lot of people with access to firearms and more importantly readily available shooting ranges and stuff i think it could have been done by pretty much anyone if the shot was indeed taken from that position.

Short-ish distance on a non-moving target from a stable prone positon.

I saw some old man got arrested right away but later released, never saw an explanation of why he was suspected in the first place. Surely with all the video existing of the event it must be possible to somehow track the location of the shot-location pretty accurately.

Few days later he messages me again, starts off normal, just kinda replying to him with the occasional lol. Topic agaih is random, not anything we'd spoken of before. I'm replying minimally.
