He might have issues but how hard is it to keep your trousers and underwear on when out and about, if he can't cope with this basic requirement he needs to be either sent packing or detained under mental illness laws.

Imagine he'd had a knife on him thank goodness for these lads taking it upon themselves to apprehend him, the rest of the passengers either too frightened or ambivalent about a guy stood with his tackle on display to kids, even then they gave him a reasonable chance to fix himself but he still refused to take it.

I hardly ever turn legacy media on unless its football but I looked at the tv listings the other day and prime time was cooking related on every chanel and the rest was made up of "reality" fodder. It really is catering for those who just want to veg out.
